Very clean, modern furnishings and decor. Great location for 80/35 festival. Full kitchen and laundry great for longer stays, though we were there 2 nights and didn't use them.

Having only one key complicated things. If one of us went back to the room, the other had to have them come down to the lobby, as the key is required to access the 5th floor on the elevator.

Que contrate un apartamento para 3 adultos,donde habría un dormitorio y un sofá cama que no existió.No había frazadas ni sábanas para la tercera persona. Las instrucciones para ingresar al dpto no fueron enviadas por un medio de fácil acceso.Se llamo al número proporcionado y se mando email y la persona contestaba que ya había enviado la información. La dirección no era clara.En ninguna parte del edificio se identificaba el nombre del apartamento. Eso sería mi comentario para justificar mi mala calificación.

Nice facilities around the lobby.

No assistance from staff if issues checking in. Code for entry into front door was incorrect. No wiggle room for early check-in. Yes, the place had a flat screen, but there was no controller to operate the TV. The place was clean and comfortable, but honestly I got the impression the room was a show-place to sell people condos/apartments at the location. No lights were plugged in. Felt very clinical. No recommended.

Within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shop, the sculpture park and jazz venue!

Our lock box was cracked and jammed therefore wouldn’t open when we tried many times. The floor by the lockbox was very sticky…our shoes were sticking to the floor while we were trying to get assistance to open it. Within a couple texts to the site, we were able to get some directions on how to wiggle the lock box open…. The response time was excellent. Thank you!!

The location did not feel safe. The parking is on the streets and did not feel safe because there were a lots of sketchy people in the area. The bedding was not changed. It was dirty and the facility did not provide any fresh bedding. The sheets were not changes after used by previous guests.

The location was great and the neighborhood was nice.

Unable to sleep or even stay in the room for long periods of time because the air conditioning does not work! It was extremely uncomfortable. We also could not keep the windows open at night because this unit is located on the street level and bar patrons were loud at night walking by smoking cigarettes. This is not the hosts fault, however, when I messaged them about the AC, I was told they would issue a maintenance request. I wanted to check out of the place because it was so uncomfortable. I went and purchased $80.00 worth of fans so that me and my son's could sleep. Also, the comforter was dirty with a gross stain on it which I could tell was not an actual stain, they just hadn't washed it so I used my own blankets. The floor in the place was also dirty and sticky. All of our feet were dirty from walking on it. I would not recommend this unit from these hosts. However, the building itself is nice.

Everything
