House was great for the whole family. Location was great

Needs window coverings in bedroom upstairs and curtains in living room to be able to be moved out of doorway, great bifold doors that open onto verandah, but then the opening is obstructed by the curtains.

Private yet steep walk way to a beach

Where do I start… - the cleaning needs to improve ten fold. There was a wet, clumped up towel on the awning no one bothered to remove. There was a wooden hanging rack in the bathroom and some screws left on the side as if someone had left mid-way of a renovation? Mosquito splat on the wall (someone killed a mosquito and just left the evidence there), the window shutters had so much build up of dust, cobwebs, debris…they were outdoor shutters however just seeing them everyday made me feel a bit sick! - no aircon…please invest in aircon or at least ceiling fans!! There are fans in two of the rooms. - no wardrobes to hang your clothes. We went for a wedding and needed to hang up our outfits - dryer doesn’t work - otherwise a nice stay if you don’t mind the above!

the house is beautiful and well furnished. the master suite is beautiful and the bed very comfortable. I absolutely love the windows throughout the house, these offered excellent ventilation and breeze and all fully fly screened (I would love these in my home)

there were a couple of small issues, the tumble dryer does not dry - not sure why it’s in a cupboard with no ventilation. the bi fold doors were broken so we couldn’t open to enjoy the full cooling breeze. there is no wifi, which was advertised, but the home has smart TVs which are useless without wifi or at least a casting device so you can cast from your phone. in 2022 I couldn’t imagine any home surviving without wifi. this one addition would have made this property the best on the market.

Spacious, new and clean.

Gas heater didn’t heat the home very well and it was a very cold weekend, big table but only 6 chairs, the dishwasher just kept running and wouldn’t complete a cycle completely, so ended up washing up - this will need looking at, no plastic plates or cups for kids that I could find in the property.

The inside of the house is well presented, clean, had all useful kitchen items. The upstairs area was very nice, great view and bathroom area. The rooms are very spacious and the bedrooms were clean and well made. There were tvs in one bedroom downstairs, living room and upstairs studio.

The outside of the property was unkept and lacked maintenance, weeds were overgrown in the path to go down to the water, the bbq area was very dirty on arrival and we had to request for cleaning. Cleaners came and tidied up the bbq area, however, overall the outside was nothing like the photos shown on bookings.com. The garage was also very dirty.
