Very quiet neighborhood. Close to everything we wanted to do while in St. George area. Very clean and easy to use all of the amenities. The only feedback we had is that it would have been helpful to have some instructions for the hot tub. We were able to figure it out, but it took a little while.

This house was perfect for our two families with active teenagers. We were able to go on many incredible adventures during our week long stay, including the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park, as well as a few of the state parks. One of our favorites was Sand Hallow!
We enjoyed downtime at the pool and community room, as well as the private hot tub and out door seating. The teens were pleased with the internet service and video game systems and the definitely earned electronic time with the hikes we did.
We will be back.

Very clean and simple. Seemed newly built and was perfect for our family. We loved the pool with the water slide and how close it was to everything. We could take a 20 minute walk to the grocery store and about an hour from Zion. Thank you!

This place was perfect for what we were looking for for a girls trip! There was a small ossue with the hot tub not working correctly it was way too hot and the temp wouldnt go down. We called the first night and they sent someone out the next day. It was still hot but we made it work the second night. Hopefully itll be all taken care of for the next guests! That was the only downside since we were really looking forward to a private hot tub. Also the pool hot tub wasnt working either.

We really enjoyed the location and layout of the property. The pool and hot tub and customer service were great. The downside was the unit was dusty so we were sneezing constantly. I think it’s a mix of the red dirt and perhaps the air ducts needed to be cleaned. Also the memory foam mattress was so soft I couldn’t sleep properly. Overall we had a great time but recommend them improving the mattress and clean air ducts prior to next stay!

I just have a few recommendations. I would provide some type of guide or something telling how to operate the hot tub. As the home is able to sleep a number of guest, I would recommend maybe having some larger cooking items, example, the crockpot. It's hard to fix a meal for multiple people when it was big enough for like 2!! Also, maybe some kid plates would be helpful. You had kid cups, bowls, and silverware, but no plates!! Overall it was a great place. We enjoyed it!!

We had a great time. We loved the layout of the condo. The condo was very clean and organized. It was nice having our own hot tub. We had great communication with Red Sands. We knew exactly how to access and leave the condo in the condition the owners wanted. I would recommend

Overall very nice place in quiet area. The garage was very nice to have. The pool slide was great fun. I just wished there would have been room darkening window coverings in the bedrooms. Especially in the master as it is east facing and gets a lot of early morning sunlight before you might want it.

St. George weekend getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was super clean and well stocked with what was needed to cook our meals with. It was to our delight to find pickle ball courts right around the corner from the home. Communication with the property management company was terrific. They answered every question we had promptly. If there was one negative it was that the pool fab did not work and we would have to always ask someone to let us into the pool area. Otherwise, a weekend of fantastic memories were made! We will be back!

Great place to stay
We enjoyed our stay here. The pool was great for our kids and the hot tub was a nice added feature. My only criticism would be better blinds. The sun woke us and my kids up early. But other than that it was great.

Just what I was looking for
I’m originally from St. George, and wanted to stay somewhere relatively close to where my parents and sister live and the location of Ocotillo was perfect. The property was just as it was pictured on the website. The pool was great! Never crowded. And the whole process was super easy. No complaints. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent Experience!
Property was very clean, beds were comfortable, pool was great (love that it has a very shallow area for small kids), decor was beautiful, condo stayed cool even though it was 100+ outside, loved that Harmon's was super close, and the condo had plenty of dishes/utensils (even kid stuff). Definitely enjoyed our visit and hope to return. Just an FYI to future renters, the master bathtub has the faucets switched so the "hot" knob controls cold water and vice versa (unless they fix that). Overall, great trip!

Loved our weekend
My friends and I rented out the townhouse for the weekend and we enjoyed every minute of it! The house was decorated beautifully, (honestly we wanted most of the pillows and tried to figure out who made the living room chairs). Check in and out was so easy and the house was very clean. We all enjoyed the hot tub and having a kitchen with everything we needed was so convenient. I went home and told my husband that we need to take the whole family back for a weekend.

Amazing Place
We loved staying here! This place is so clean and welcoming. Our kids loved the bunk room, and the other 2 bedrooms were very comfortable. Staying here we were only minutes from Snow Canyon, and St George. The pool was fun also, and kid friendly. Thanks for the wonderful vacation!!!
