Weekend stay to visit our son, a Cal Poly student. Beautiful and very comfortable home with a lovely backyard. We had a very nice family BBQ. Played Bocce ball. It was a very convenient location. Would definitely stay here again!

First, all was exactly as advertised in listing! We walked into a very clean, bright, beautiful property with Italian music playing in the background and an unexpected complimentary bottle of wine in the frig! Plenty of amenities, games, seating, linens, etc. The owners promptly responded to questions which we hardly had because all instructions were very clear! The location was perfect next to central SBO and a safe, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking! I could say a lot more good things so if anyone has any questions, I will respond accordingly! Just one suggestion: add a few more mirrors in the bedrooms!

This was one of the cleanest and most well-maintiained vacation homes that our family has stayed in. Michael was great with communications and the house was in terrific shape. We especially loved the jacuzzi at night. It's 2-10 minutes from anything in SLO, and 10-15 minutes to Avila or Pismo. We'd definitely stay here again.

The house was amazing. We truly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful backyard. Relaxing spa. We loved the area to play cornhole and the waterfall added a special backyard tough. Our host even left us a bottle of wine to enjoy. Rooms were spacious. We’d definitely stay there again as a group.

We stayed her for me sisters’s bachelorette party and it was wonderful! Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hang out. The hot tub was perfect and definitely would have enjoyed the fireplace if it was cooler. Everything was clean and in working order. Location is perfect and so close to many restaurants. Will definitely look up this spot again if we are in SLO!

Great property with awesome backyard, kitchen and living room. Plenty of space and very welcoming. Had a hiccup with check in codes but was resolved quickly!

We had 6 adults and 5 children. There was a large kitchen and enough space for all of us to be comfortable. We slept with the windows open and it was very quiet which was a huge plus.

This property was a perfect solution to our family as we attended our daughter’s wedding - 6 days of events with numerous family members - entertaining up to 20 people and ample, comfortable accommodations for the 8-10 people who slept on property. Very responsive host - only good things to say

The house was great for a large group (8 adults) Well equipped kitchen and comfortable living space. Big kitchen, which helped with our “too many cooks” dynamic. Wonderful outdoor space and we had a great time with the corn hole and bocce ball sets. Close to downtown SLO so easy to get to movies, restaurants. A few things to improve: front bathroom shower curtain has black mold and needs to be cleaned or replaced. Window blinds in second bedroom are falling apart and couldn’t be used. Would have liked hand towels in addition to the bath towels and soap at the bathroom sinks.

Good central location, clean, spacious rooms, ample parking in driveway, plenty of shaded areas and space for activities in backyard. Our 3 generations of family had a great time. No complaints. I would go there again.

Lovely place with great hot tub, bocce ball court, patio. Very comfortable large, living & dining area. We had a wonderful stay!

Overall the stay was great! One issue we had were that the passcode wasn’t what I was initially told and I had to call the owner to get an updated code. The house was beautiful, however one of the bedrooms was missing a doorknob, and the garage was being used by someone to do laundry. Other than those things it was fantastic.

Great home for our family to stay together for a family wedding in SLO. Close to downtown for shopping and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Our group of nine (grandparents, adult children, souses, grandkids) had a great stay. Michael the host was very helpful throughout. House is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi!

We had a fantastic time in the backyard utilizing the bocce and cot hole sets. The hot tub was a great place since the evenings were quite chilly. There were a lot of nice personal touches to make us feel at home and welcomed. My only issue was that We didn’t get check-in or check-out instructions in a timely manner.

The location and size of the house was ideal for our trip to SLO, however, this property did not fully meet our expectations. The host was not ready for us upon our arrival; we were on a strict schedule for a wedding and showed up for check-in promptly at 3pm, our scheduled check-in time. The code provided to us to enter the home did not work, and there were things promised in the accommodations in the property listing that were missing, such as creamer, eggs and bacon. The host was friendly and came by to check on toiletry supplies after I called, but my guests and I were hoping to show up to a house that was completely ready for our arrival, and unfortunately this place was not. The one full size bathroom that was not attached to a bedroom need a serious deep cleaning; the baseboards and door needed a good scrubbing and the shower curtain lining had stains and looked like it had never been replaced. One of the bedroom doors didn’t have a door knob. The outside area and furniture were covered in cobwebs, and the rain gutters were overflowing with pine needles, which made the outside area much less aesthetic. The host also came by to get personal items from inside the house during the middle of our stay. The positives of this property were: - spacious floor plan - instant hot water - proximity to downtown and the Madonna Inn - personal touches such as a custom welcome sign and a bottle of wine - spacious hot tub - spacious driveway

We had the best time ever preparing for my wedding at this vrbo. Even when we had a small issue with check in, the host was super responsive and helped us immediately. Everything is gorgeous and turnkey and the location is top knotch!

We had a great stay. Beautiful backyard that our group of friends spent our day in!

We were visiting our son at Cal Poly. The house was perfect for our group. It was very clean, very welcoming, and the hot tub was fantastic. I would highly recommend. I met the host as well, which was a bonus, he was great.

Villa Eduardo was the perfect place for our family to gather for our sons wedding and plenty of space to have our extended family stop by for a visit between events. Great Location.

Michael was great in his responsiveness and help with the property. There was an issue with the door code and he promptly resolved it for our party! Beautiful property and a great spot to stay with friends or family alike.

Villa Eduardo was exactly as pictured! Clean and comfortable and nicely furnished and decorated. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. There was lovely music playing to welcome us and a lovely bottle of wine that we enjoyed. I highly recommend Villa Eduardo and we would stay again!

We came down to celebrate Mom's Weekend with our daughters at Cal Poly. The girls spent the night with us, played games, and went in hot tub. It was great!

Many places offer the same, or more but my fav part of this property is the protected beach and we could bbq on, do yoga, read, plenty of shade...etc.

We had our son’s 30th birthday party here and this house is perfect for entertaining. Everyone had a wonderful time and enjoyed the hot tub and covered outdoor patio as it was a rainy weekend! Super comfortable for friends and family!
