The house was clean with all the equipment available. All the equipment was explained with you tube videos. We enjoyed the pool and the pool table. Sometimes it wa a bit loud due to the boulevard behind the house

If you are staying in Plantation, this is great choice! The house is in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood located close to everything in Plantation. Great shopping and restaurants nearby. Easy access to the highway, and airport.
The house is well-equipped with a lovely screened-in pool, which is a must if you are visiting when mosquitoes are rampant. The house well maintained with everything you could need.
The owner is very nice, easy to contact, and very considerate. Everything about our stay with just very easy!!

We spent 4 weeks escaping the cold up north.This house was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool and screened patio is where we spent most waking hours.Christine is great premier host was always available for questions and very personal.We highly recommend this rental.

Loved the open concept layout. Everything was even nicer than in the pics! We spent hours enjoying the pool when we weren’t off to the beach or out riding bike. Lovely, safe, very friendly neighbourhood. One thing no one else mentioned in the reviews I read is that the house backs onto a main road so the backyard and pool area have a constant thrum from traffic. Mostly it fades into the background, but it isn’t a quiet spot. Location was great - right near main highways to beach, and other attractions. Finally, Christine is a fabulous host! Perhaps the best we’ve ever had in terms of responsiveness and friendliness.

Owner very responsive. Great location for us to visit our son and his family in Davie Fl. Nice neighborhood, House fully stocked. Very clean, Great outdoors, deck and pool area. Not too far from our son's house definitely would consider renting it again in the future as we visit quite often

The house was nice and clean, the pool area is beautiful. The owner is good and quick to respond when needed. We personally think that some of the rules were a little to much, making it hard to feel like you are at home away from home. Usually they send the rules or print them and leave them in the house for you to follow, and that’s all you hear about it but here we got reminded of the garbage the night before and the check out instructions a second time the night before. We have stay in a bunch of VRBO’s and they are all about the comfort for the guests especially in the bedrooms, this house has room for some improvements.

We had an excellent stay at Christine’s property. She was super responsive to our needs and questions. The house was as described, extremely comfortable and in a great neighborhood for nice walks and for getting to places in Miami as well as broward county. We would definitely stay again.

During my stay I couldn't help but notice how clean and organized everything ones. This is a particular concern for me because I've had places that were not as advertised. With this home everything was above expectations. I especially love how responsive the host was. She was very communicative and even payed attention to things during our trip that we didn't even notice. Things look out for potential weather patterns that may obstruct our flight & stay. Overall I was very satisfied with my stay and will be staying here again for future trips.

The house is exactly as advertised. Christine was great to work with and accommodated a late checkout request which made our trip easier. The house is clean, comfortable, well equipped, is in a very safe area and is close to so many things.

This home has everything you will need for a perfect stay. A beautiful clean home with a great open concept floor plan with the dining area giving way to a beautiful view of the pool area. Minutes away from all amenities. Host Christine was amazing to deal with and was quick to respond to all our questions. Her u-tube videos were very helpful. No complaints here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay in this lovely home. The house is spacious, well-appointed and the pool/backyard are awesome. The neighborhood is idyllic and we loved taking our dog on walks along the tree-lined sidewalks. Christine is the most responsive and helpful host we've experienced with VRBO. She goes out of her way to provide all the info you need to enjoy your stay. We would highly recommend.

Nice place . Good host . Hot shower. Everything was good. I had a great time in the pool. The jacuzzi was same temp as pool but that’s ok I guess. The ac in the house was good. My dog had a good time. The stove didn’t work but that’s okay I didn’t want to cook anyway. Nice location. My dog scratched a wood door that was custom made insurance covered that with no hassle . host was understanding about it . Overall 7/10 . Would’ve been 10/10 but things happened that lowered the score.
I would stay here again but with different guests accompanying me.

The home is GORGEOUS and the location was perfect for our needs. I stayed with my sister and my dog and we loved the kitchen, the layout of the home, the backyard and the pool. The pool was the highlight of the trip and we made a point to spend time in it every day or night.
We loved our stay and will plan to be back to Plantation Paradise!

My husband, 7 year old, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Christine was thorough and welcoming, as well as responsive. The house and pool were such a wonderful retreat for Spring Break. There are many restaurants close by, and a grocery store very close. We used the grill a few times and it worked great. Thank you, Christine!

Christine has done a remarkable job and she was very easy to communicate with. Her U-tube videos were very helpful. The home was in a good location such that we were able to easily travel to locations as Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Delray and Jupiter to visit friends. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area to chose from. If we were to be in the area again we would definitely try to stay there again.

Christine has done a remarkable job and she was very easy to communicate with. Her U-tube videos were very helpful. What an amazing stay at Christine's place. First off it was absolutely spotless clean with full amenities. She had all the pots and pans needed for kitchen cooking or for cooking on the brand new BBQ outside by the beautiful pool. If you had any questions on anything she was just a text away and responded immediately. If you don't want to text her to ask how to use something you could watch one of her amazing videos she made and have on YouTube, very helpful. Christine sure seems to have everything covered with this prime rental spot. If there is something she missed I sure didn't notice, she gave me some recommendations for restaurants, bars and grocery in the neighborhood as well. I highly recommend this property, it was as easy as calling to book a hair cut appointment or order take out.
