My family of 4 had a great time! We visit Marathon a couple of time per year but this was our first time staying at the Continental Inn. The property is clean and staff is friendly. Our unit was in great shape and a perfect fit for us. The host Kim is very responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

Clean. Location nice in regard to proximity to multiple Keys and local restaurants/shops. Rather private as the complex was small. Appreciated the luggage cart, dehumidifier, and kitchen items as well as the USB chargers. We were able to obtain additional towels/washcloths upon request. Be aware only face soap and a hair dryer are provided as toiletries. The pool and sand area were kept very orderly and clean.

We have visited the Keys many times and this is by far our favorite location. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. Perfect location - steps away from the beach and swimming pool. The beach was peaceful and quiet. We watched a beautiful sunset from the local park which was right next door. Kim was very quick to respond to our questions and extremely helpful. Overall we were very happy with our stay and will be back!

We woke up to the sunrise and in the evening, just a few steps away, we watched beautiful sunsets. If you are looking to "unplug and get away" this is the place for you.

We had an enjoyable stay here. Check in was smooth and Kim was very responsive. We enjoyed the sunrises on the beach and the sunsets at the park nearby. We liked walking through the neighborhood and even saw a manatee!

Very nicely updated unit in an older complex just steps from watching both sunrises and sunsets over the ocean. Beautiful pool and private beach, along with lots of nice walking paths in this neighborhood. Host Kim and the onsite staff were very kind and always available. We would stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here in mid October. Seems to be a good time to visit the Keys. Not too busy. It is an older facility but has been renovated nicely. The private beach was one of the best parts. The grounds are well kept and tidied up each morning. We would stay at this location again.

Great, updated and very clean condo. Super little beach just steps away. The grounds are spotless. Perfect for me and my husband for 5 days. Would definitely return. Just a note...no shampoo so bring your own. Great stay!

We stayed with our 4 year old daughter for a long weekend. Place was clean, convenient and had everything we needed. The beach area was amazing and my husband and daughter spent hours snorkeling there. Definitely recommend and will be staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was small, but very clean and newly furnished. Key Colony Beach is a nice community, walk over to Sunset Park for the sunset. Close by is Sombrero Beach, perfect for swimming or fishing. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location, awesome little beach access. The property attendants were helpful and shared great tips. Beware that the location means there’s many boats crossing from the ocean to the gulf, but it’s not a detractor. Just a lot of boats to watch. We snorkeled right off the property and saw tons of fish, crabs, barracuda and jellies. Couple manatees swam by, and even a ray! Place was cute and well stocked with towels for the beach and daily use. Beds were comfortable.

A very nice small apartement. It was clean and had everything we needed. The pool is great. Key West is about 80mins away.
It has a small beach. The view is great. The water is not so nice there. Lots of sea grass. But the small beach is a nice spot.

We were looking for quiet accommodations that were close to the beach, without feeling crowded. This property was exactly what we were looking for! The room was plenty big and the fully kitchen was very helpful. All linens and towels were provided which was awesome. The pool was great and we could not have been closer to the beach. All of this, while still never once feeling crowded or loud, and we were surprised at how close we were to everywhere we wanted to be, but still felt secluded. Will definitely recommend and repeat!

Our family of four stayed here for 4 nights/4day for a portion of our family vacation. The condo at The Continental Inn was everything we needed for a short stay at the beach. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed for our time spent here. The beach set up was equipped with chairs/loungers and umbrellas and all located just steps from our door. This quiet community provided a relaxing stay. We would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

This place was wonderful for my daughter and her 2 kids (3 and 5). The pool was nice and warm with a whole bin of pool and beach toys. The beach was perfect for playing and building sand castles. We used the very well maintained gas grill for several meals. Would stay here again.

Pros: Location, clean, full kitchen, beach, AC blows cold, well-stocked, responsive host.
Cons: Hotel room-sized, fair shower water pressure, less privacy (immediately next to pool entrance), beach is very small, short guest chore list requested in addition to cleaning fee.
Bottom line: Good value, but we'd probably pay more to get more on our next Keys vacation.

This was just what we were looking for! Pretty unit, steps from pool and private beach. Appliances, so can eat in or out. Key Colony Beach is a beautiful little community in a great location, and just a short drive to the rest that Marathon has to offer. Key West a little o er and hour away. Thanks for everything, Kim!

Private beach at the keys is premium and this property has one. Great location and tons of fun stuff to do around marathon! The place was neat and clean. Like us perfect for a small family vacation escapade!

Condo is as exactly shown in the listing. VERY CLEAN! Beach was very clean and plenty of comfortable chairs to enjoy with morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. I had business in Marathon and I would definitely stay here again!

A gem in the heart of the keys
This property is older but meticulously maintained and clean. Having a swimable beach onsite is also hard to find in the keys. Great restaurants in a short distance. Would definitely go back.
