No hot water

We had to throw our own trash ask for Clean towels. We couldn’t get clean sheets cause the staff said every 4 days they are changed We have stayed at my place St. George utah and they were phenomenal the staff the rooms cleaned every day even with us staying 4-5 days

Theres alot of homeless people lurking around

The staff was amazing. This was during a winter storm. The staff was wonderful to work with.

The location is near a high crime area. We were stressed about our vehicle being broken into. We were relieved in the morning when everything was fine.

There was a strong pet odor when we first entered our room. The rest of the room seemed clean. The bathroom, furniture and decor were updated.

It was adjacent to homeless camps

The coffee in the lobby was nice in the morning. I wish it would’ve had a continental breakfast. Everyone in the staff that I came in contact with was very friendly and smiling and asked how I was.

I can’t think of anything that could’ve been better. It was a new facility. Staff was great. The room was clean. It was awesome and out of microwave and refrigerator a recliner which I enjoyed.

Location was decent, seemed relatively safe. Cleanliness was good. Staff was overall friendly.

There was no complementary breakfast, which I’ve never encountered while paying almost $200/night. The staff seemed put out to have to put the rooms near each other even though I booked both rooms in a single booking. They did what they could, but the rooms should have been reserved at the time of booking to be next to each other, not when we arrived to check in. This seems like a flaw in the system to not have specific rooms reserved beside each other. Instead, we were down the hallway from one another, and we had small children (ages 3, 5, and 7) running back and forth between rooms who needed to be supervised very carefully so they wouldn’t get lost or interact with unsavory characters (a few of which we did encounter in our hallway). IF TWO ROOMS ARE BOOKED IN A SONGLE RESERVATION, they should automatically be next to each other! It needs to be an option to guarantee this option, rather than hotel staff just “doing their best.” Our rooms were not able to be next to each other because there were a lot of “last minute reservations” made AFTER my booking was made. All previously made bookings need to be considered when placing other customers into rooms.

I like that there was a kitchenette and the beds were comfy.

My room key kept getting deactivated or something and wouldn't work so I had to go down and get it fixed frequently which was a huge inconvenience with luggage on you
