Would definitely return. Convenient to UA campus, very clean, comfortable beds. We used the back patio space a lot.

House has a large outdoor space and convenient to Safeway.

Excellent location, close to everything. Safeway nearby. Quiet and private. Very easily accommodated 4 adults. Hot tub a nice touch. Kitchen small but well appointed and easily allowed for making meals for everyone.

This property was so easy. It is very well stocked and the backyard was amazing for our big family to gather. There is a grocery store right across the street that made grabbing food super convenient. The living room is very comfortable as are the beds. The host is very communicative and easy to reach. We highly recommend this property.

The house was fairly central to the city area and it took usually less than 20 minutes to get to our destinations within Tucson. There was a Safeway right across the street which was convent for buying groceries. Although the house was more in a business area rather than residential, there wasn't too much road noise. This didn't stop us from enjoying our stay. What we really liked about the house was the three separate bedrooms with king beds which were pretty comfy. After researching several other houses, we thought the nightly rental and cleaning fee were better than average. We really liked the back patio area with the hot tube. Just about every morning we had our coffee and breakfast there. We would stay there again.

While the location is a little “sketchy” the home and yard were very accommodating and perfect for what we needed for family weekend at U of A. The host was quick to respond when we reached out too which was nice. Would stay again!!!

We were three families bringing our kids back to school and we loved this home. Plenty of space for 6 of us and we walked to Safeway often even in the crazy heat.

Clean property. We wanted to be close to UA for graduation and it was perfect for that.

Overall, happy with the stay. Near a busy arterial road but never felt unsafe. Great central location, only a 2 minute drive to Barrio Bread and coffee shops. Space was cleanish but the floors. Kitchen is fairly well-stocked but missing a few basics (had solo cups to use for water instead of plastic or glass). Perfect spot for a small family or a group of friends, much more affordable than a hotel with more space, and the patio and hot tub are very nice (although hot tub was not up to temp when we got there, was in sleep mode and need assistance/a day to get up to temp). Would stay again.

While it doesn't look like much from the outside, this small home had everything we needed for three generations staying together. Safeway across the street was a big plus, as well as location near the University with easy access along Campbell to go where we needed.

Loved everything about the home. We would like to stay again next year. Nice kitchen, bedrooms and very clean.

Visiting my son and his wife and her family. Chose this place for its’ proximity to my son’s apartment. Would stay here again.

We are a family of 6 with 4 teenagers. There was plenty of space for everyone. They loved the hot tub. The location was great.

There were 5 adults and a small dog in our group, and this rental was a perfect fit for us. The convenience of having Safeway across the street was awesome. Cute layout, and the beds are very comfy. The backyard is very nice and includes a covered area for eating. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Tucson to visit family.

The outside of the property is not much to look at. In fact, when we drove up we thought it was a commercial property. However, the inside was spacious, clean and comfortable for 4 adults. 2 bathrooms, good size bedrooms, a big frontroom and plenty of dining table space. Television in each bedroom and a big one in the frontroom. There is a washer and dryer in one bathroom. The kitchen was a bit small but fully furnished. I would have appreciated silverware, but it was mostly plastic ware and i get the reason why. It's an old property but well maintained. No frills. We were in town for a funeral so we were only there in the evenings and mornings. The location is behind a commercial property, off a big street and across from a supermarket and gas station. On the good side it's super convenient. Walk to the store when we need something, walk to the coffee shop, etc., and 5 minute drive from downtown Tucson and the university. For the money I'd take it over a hotel any day. It's way more comfortable than a hotel and i prefer to make my own food. My young adult kids loved it and we all slept well. 3 beds, one sleeper couch and two bathrooms you can't go wrong. This is the first vbro or airb&b I've rented and it was a good experience. Good

Comfortable house and conveniently located to grocery store, restaurants and other stores. A little more kitchen utensils would have been nice. Only had plastic forks and had no wash cloths. But other than that, our stay was great. I would definitely book here again when I return for my next vacation there.

Great place to stay with your pets. Convenient location for groceries as it’s next to a Safeway, the historic Sam Hughes neighborhood, 4th Ave, and the University!

Property was very nice. and we 3 enjoyed our stay. A guest booklet would be nice, explaining how to operate the TVs and that the Wi-Fi was on a switch inside the front door. Also the GFCI breaker in the kitchen seems to be inop. Could not set or trip. Interestingly one tv was in French, one in Spanish but it was VERY nice to have one in each room. The paper plates and red solo cups were much appreciated. Also the bath soap was a nice touch. And having Safeway across the street was very convenient.

This home was perfect for our family of 10 & 2 small dogs. Had a small private backyard for the kids & dogs to play. Very clean & we loved the location, it is very close to all the stores & restaraunts we like to visit. We definitely recommend this home & would stay here again.

My wife had a weekend class at UofA, and we chose this gem to stay at. The location was amazing, less than ten minutes to the school, plenty of food options and Safeway right across the street. The best part was being able to have our dogs there, that alone was stress relief after a long day of classes. The check in process was super easy and the host was super responsive to messages and checked in to make sure everything was going ok. A+++, will definitely book here again next trip to Tucson. We were waiting to move into our new place and need a short stay, this place was a lot cheaper than a hotel stay and allowed us to have our pets. The home was very nice! We enjoyed our stay and the grocery store just across the street was a great benefit. Thank you

My family and I were blown away with how comfortable and convenient this property was. They went above and beyond with amenities and comfort. My kids instantly felt at home with big TVs in every room, comfy beds, pillows and blankets. They were animal friendly and even offered cruelty-free toiletries which we appreciate because not everyone is so hospitable. The furniture and decorations were very welcoming and gives it a great home feeling. I would recommend this place to anyone especially if they have a family and or pets. The owners were friendly and helpful definitely One of the best places I’ve stayed in.

We stayed just over 3 weeks. The owner was very accommodating, replenished supplies as needed and assisted with everything we needed. The location is perfect, with a grocery store across the street, easy access and close proximity to downtown, and plenty of good restaurants nearby. We would definitely return to this property!

The property was true to all listing details. It was well maintained and had ample cookware, dish-ware, and towels + soaps and shampoos for the bathroom. Nice and clean, and a large private yard that my pup enjoyed - no complaints!!

Great location in the middle of Tucson. The host communication was excellent and the house was clean and roomy. Great price as well, and we will definitely come back.
