We were looking for something last min for the three of us. Had never stayed in an RV or RV Park before. Our son, 10 years old, loved it. I would stay here again.

My best friend and I enjoyed our stay immensely. Hosts were generous and accomodating with requests and questions. The location is fantastic and the lodging is very comfortable. The loft and bedroom allowed us to both sleep comfortably as she likes the room warm and I like to freeze. My only suggestion is..if you use ubereats or instacart..provide the name of the resort as some drivers may have difficulty finding the place due to gps weirdness.

The property and view were very comfortable and beautiful and the host was very attentive.

This was our second stay at this resort. The communication with the owner was great! He was prompt, accommodating, and informative. However, the property needs upgrades and improvemets. There were a lot of old (pots, pans, oven sheet pans, shower doors, outdoor chairs, bikes), missing, and mismatched (missing lids) items. The kayaks are stored on the porch…. Since the porch is already small, the kayaks take 1/3 of it. If neighbours to the right are there, you have zero privacy… Sunshades would be beneficial, the place gets a lot of sun! Overall my family had a nice stay, since we were there with friends (in other RVs).

We love Sandbridge, and have stayed in the Surfside property for many years. Scott’s property was great - it is next to the bay so there’s easy fishing or kayaking. The inside was kept nice and clean, definitely a property that has been loved. You can sit inside and relax with a view of the bay. Communication was amazing - Scott checked in with us and was super helpful throughout. Would definitely stay here again.

An enjoyable experience

We really enjoyed the Seashell Shack. It was very comfortable, neat and tidy, with a well-stocked kitchen. The views of the bay from the porch and back yard were so beautiful and relaxing. The swing under the pine trees was so peaceful. The 5 minute walk to the beach was very covenient. Scott was very professional, timely, and thorough in all his communications.

We are a family of 4 that rented for a few days. Great area, beautiful views, easy access to the beach, very short walk. Ate at the restaurant next door, it was also wonderful. Very quiet, clean, and a great place to just relax. Communication with owner was very quick. Loved it

We really enjoyed our stay here. We've done some RVing and were curious about RV condos, and this did not disappoint. The view over Back Bay was amazing and this was the perfect amount of space for us. We really enjoyed the slower pace and quietness of Sandbridge in spring, and found it very restful and relaxing.

The unit was very nice and we had everything we needed. The owners are very responsive and great to work with! The bed was a little to firm for me, but other than that, we had a wonderful time.

We really enjoyed our week here. The RV park is really nice. This time of year it was quiet and peaceful. It’s just a very short walk to the beach, and just up the road from the fishing pier and nature preserve. Great place for bike riding (if only I had been more used to it). The owner provided bikes and everything that we needed. There are a couple kayaks, but we didn’t use those. The bay view from inside the RV was nice, and sitting outside on the deck or on the swing was a pleasant way to relax. Scott, the owner, was very responsive and answered all our questions promptly. We would love to go back.

Nice RV in a great location. Walk out front door and go fishing In the bay or go across the street to to ocean. Love Sandbridge and hope to be back soon.

This was the first time I had the opportunity to take a week off after 2 years, and I am glad that God guided me to find this place. Sandbridge is at least 4 miles of white sand beach and warm water! Peaceful, relaxing, homey, everything my wife and I were looking for. The Surfside RV Resort community itself is beautiful and 5 minutes walking from the ocean. We brought a paddleboard to enjoy it at the bay, and it was amazing. Easy check-in / check-out and Scoot was such a caring host at all times. Don't worry about groceries and drinks. Walmart is close enough (20 minutes driving), and you can find everything you want and need. Also, there is a small market right before you turn right at Sandpiper rd where you can find many items. We did not visit the BAJA restaurant at this time, which may be one reason we may need to come back soon. I hope this does not take so long this time, at most a year. Once again, thank you for sharing such a beautiful place with others, Scoot.

Our family stayed here for 5 nights. Our host, Scott was prompt with communication. We had a wonderful time at the RV resort. The property is on the water and is across from the playground and laundry which was so nice. We launched our kayak, walked to the beach, used to community pool everyday which was closed last year and rode our bikes throughout the neighborhood. We ate dinner most nights on the picnic table. Thanks for a wonderful time at your RV! Highly recommend!

Overall, a pleasant stay. Location was everything and it didn’t disappoint. We appreciated the use of the kayaks and bikes. When it rained, the ceiling must’ve leaked although we didn’t notice until we felt wet carpet in hallway. Then there was a small odor. Overall, we’d recommend anybody staying here!

Very cute, well equipped and comfortable property on the bay. We enjoyed our stay. The bunk beds are child sized and only a small adult will fit.

Great, great location, property owner has a lot of the must haves for the beach which we thought was very thoughtful. (Especially cause we came from camping in the national park so didn’t have much for the beach beside toys). We enjoyed the view, the community pool, short walk to family friendly beach and of course the playground (we have a 4 year old it was a hit).. mom and dad loved Baja restaurant that was just a 3 min walk. We had one minor hiccup toward the end, that was not preventable or predictable, as well as it totally didn’t effect the stay much. We would def stay again/recommend.

This place was awesome! Right on Back Bay and absolutely gorgeous. Short walk to the beach and right across the street from the playground and laundry which was a super bonus. Place was nice and comfy and had everything we needed for our stay. Scott is an outstanding host! He is extremely responsive and helpful which made our stay that much better! I highly recommend a stay at the Seashell Shack!!!

Really enjoyed my stay in the trailer. Right on the bay. Very relaxing!! Had an issue with checking out but Scott was super helpful! Can't wait to go back

It’s the most amazing sunset from the bay. The unit is in excellent condition and 5 minute walk across to the beautiful beach. This is the most peaceful and relaxing place to escape from reality. Thank you Scott & Fe for being a host. Trinity
