Very quiet and relaxing place on the beach. Close to restaurants as stated.

This was a great place to stay for our family. Clean and beautiful and you absolutely can’t beat the balcony views. It’s so nice to be right on the beach and also still walkable to the restaurants (although the walking was a little trickier with a 3 year old as there aren’t sidewalks, you just walk on the side of the road). We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo had more amenities than we expected including beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers and plenty of beach towels. The beach is quiet and not crowded. We were often the only people out there wishing a couple buildings. Would highly recommend this place!

We were in FL visiting family in nearby Port Charlotte and decided to try out Manasota Key for the first time and it did not disappoint. We stayed 5 days and didn't want to leave. This condo is right on the beach with gorgeous views from the balcony. Very clean and well equipped with just about anything you could possibly want or need. The beach had white sand, that beautiful gulf water and was never too crowded. Several restaurants are within walking distance, Sandbar was our favorite! We will definitely be back!!

We visited Manasota Key for the first time and didn't really know much about the area. We were pleasantly surprised by this gem of a place. The home was clean, neatly decorated (no unnecessary tchotchkes!), and located near the restaurants, but quiet beach and you are no more than 50 steps from the beach! We were in for a long weekend so we did not cook but it seems like a very well stocked kitchen. Great balcony to watch the sunsets each night. Note: if you are driving, bring your own pillows as the ones at the home are not great (our only small negative) We would highly recommend this home!

We had a great time at this property during our thanksgiving vacation with our college aged daughters. The condo is clean and gorgeous! The beach was quiet, more so than the public beach a few blocks away. There are restaurants and bars close enough to walk to and the best sunset views right from the condo. I will definitely stay here again.

This is an excellent property and very well stocked! Can't beat the view or cleanliness.

This condo was perfect for our family get-together weekend. The views were stunning, condo was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed swimming in the warm water of the Gulf, cooking dinners in the well equipped kitchen, dining and playing games at the large dining table, and sitting out on the balcony enjoying the sound of the waves. Would definitely recommend this property and hope to book again!

Great beach front property. Was a little nervous about Florida heat in late July, but the weather was great - comfortable temps along the beach and warm water you can soak in all day. Property clean, stocked with everything you would expect/need. Even a couple beach chairs and a cooler- nice to have stuff people flying in can’t bring along.

The property was beautiful and very clean. It was a great location and very quite which was much appreciated. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Awesome beachfront

This condo is located just steps away from the beach. We visited in the middle of June and it was like having a private beach. Beautiful view from the balcony. We enjoyed the sunsets, watching the storms out over the ocean, and looking for sharks teeth. The property manager was very polite and professional. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to get away from the hustle and bustle of crowded beaches, water was awesome, never had to worry about alot of people around us. The property was exactly as described, extremely clean, and had all the simple amenities one needs to enjoy a nice beach vacation, chairs, umbrella, and cooler were provided to make it more convenient. Highly recommend, will be staying here again.

The property exceeded our expectations! Thr location is PERFECT! It felt like we had the beach to ourselves and it was great being able to watch the kids play on the beach from the shade on the balcony. We will definitely book another stay!

Our family had a great experience. Absolutely LOVED how peaceful the beach was. No fighting the crowds for beach space. The shells were fun to look at and collect. The condo itself was clean, had all the kitchenware and appliances we needed, had plenty of space for our crazy family of 5, and the view couldn’t be beat. Check in and out was simple. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit and a couple beach chairs and an umbrella at our disposal. Several yummy local restaurants nearby (Magnolias and the Sandbar were great) and a nice shaded playground was just down the road by Englewood Beach for our kids to play at. Would definitely rent here again!

I rented this unit for myself and my two sisters and daughter to attend our brothers funeral as most of the family was from out of town. We found it very clean and well appointed. We did see some tiny ants in the master bathroom sink area which were not really a big problem but perhaps an exterminator could take care of them. I knew there were stairs, three flights, but if you have a problem with stairs it could be a challenge. We all enjoyed the view and the beautiful sunsets! Thank you so much!

I have been renting in Manasota Ke for 8 years. This was by the far the best location for the price. We did have some A/C issues and Yana was more then accommodating to ensure a fix. I would for sure rent again within the same price range!

The location of this property is EXCELLENT! Right on the beach, and within walking distance to the public beach and a plethora of restaurants. It is a very family friendly area. The condo is very nice with a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of amenities.

Hard to beat. Only a few steps from the water. Un-crowded beach, close enough to walk to the bars and restaurants.

I booked this condo again for March 2023. So many beach front properties in Englewood are booked a year in advance by repeat renters. Fortunately this property was recently redone & up to date as far as decor. This property was not as clean as it should be. Receipts & dust bunnies under beds. Floor around sofa dirty as if it did not get swept or mopped. Eggs dated 2017 in fridge. I will be a repeat customer due to my husband being a life long Braves fan…we will be here every spring. He “Braves” it & I beach it. 😁 I have never stayed at a condo where I have had to wash the towels & bed sheets before checking out. Cleaning company should come in put the laundry in wash & clean condo while wash is going. That has been my experience renting other condos. I discovered a dryer full of towels. I folded & put away. Not acceptable at condo prices. Not quality customer service and not how I wanted to start my beach vacation. This property allows NO outdoor grilling. No handicap access that I saw. Update the towels, replace the nasty potholders (fortunately I brought my own) & provide sharper knives. Just simple low cost items! The condo was well stocked with paper towels, paper plates, napkins, plastic cutlery, soda. Not sure if these items were left by previous renters or provided by owner.

This place has everything for an amazing vacation. The beach was great. We would definitely rent again.

You cannot beat this location. Plenty of room for the 4 adults and 3 kids (5,8,10) that stayed there. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness. There could have been a little more attention to detail by the cleaning crew, but overall not a deal breaker. Outside porch light was broke which left the stairs nearly pitch black until you got down to the second floor. We really enjoyed the beach and we found a lot of nice shells. Very private feel to the beach. Beach chairs and sand toys are always a plus and were in the closet. Only 1 of the 2 TVs were working (may have been user error), not a big deal during the day, but in the evenings the kids would have liked to have the TV in their room to watch. Stump Pass State Park right down the road is a must, we found a lot of nice shells and several small shark teeth. We just picked by hand, no tools and had a great time and found several teeth. I would stay here again.

This property was amazing. It was right on the beach and the sunsets were amazing. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. It was the perfect t spot.

We had the most amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed this property. The view of the ocean from the balcony is stunning. The beach was quiet - at times it felt like we were alone on an island! The condo was very clean and had all of the supplies we needed. We had one small issue with the water while we there, and Yana responded immediately and sent someone out to help us. We can’t wait to visit again and would definitely recommend this property to anyone that is visiting Manasota Key!

This condo is completely updated. Quiet building. Directly on quiet beach. Very peaceful and relaxing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the condo worked out perfectly for our trip. A few quirks with how well it was stocked, but nothing that was a deal breaker.
