Quiet.

Beautiful, clean, tastefully decorated cottage with a lush garden patio where you can relax and unwind after a fun day of local activities. The cottage is stocked with everything you need. Full-size kitchen gives you the option to eat in and overlooks the family room with plenty of seating. 2 large bedrooms with comfy beds. The owner is friendly and very accommodating.

The only improvement I can think of is the master bed mattress is squeaky and a bit uncomfortable.

The TV. It could use a better cable system

I am pretty sure that I enjoyed this place more than any I have ever stayed at. The yard was fenced and my two little fur babies were happy. The place was clean and Regina has thought of everything. If I would've forgotten anything it wouldn't have been a problem she thought of everything. The beds were super comfy. I have sleep issues and while there I slept like a baby. There is a great outside sitting area and it was close to everything. The place just has a great vibe to it.. We will go again. Regina is awesome!

Convenient to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Spacious, cozy, and quaint. Belinda was helpful and friendly. Whimsical garden area.

Close to shops & restaurants

House smelled of mold. Chickens outside of bedroom windows woke us at 6:30am.

Location was great. Set in Old Town Crystal River Very handy for everything. The cottage was better equipped than many houses. Very friendly and homely Host. Felt welcome and safe. Loved it

There was nothing not to like

Everything! The apartment was so nice! Regina is amazing. She thought of everything with this property.

What's not to like?!

The noise constantly running refrigerator and the loud moving chairs for kitchen table...needs felt pads. Parking area needs more illumination at night. Light was out.

The landscape added a homey touch. Place to sit outside and relax and quiet.rooms were clean and loved the decoration of the cottage.

Not a big issue but not able to watch much channels on television.

The courtyard with all the plants was fabulous and Regina came out both morning and evening to visit and be sure everyone had all they need. Very homey fun and comfortable..

There was nothing I didn't like. I will definitely be back.

Regina the owner was great, very knowledgeable about the area. Pointed us in all the right directions. I will definitely be coming back to the springs and Definitely will be staying there again.

Owner was great. Check-in was easy. Beautiful property and she was very accommodating. The property is in a great location. Easy to walk to various restaurants and stores. This is on a fenced property and her house is located on the same property. As a solo female this made me feel more secure. I was traveling with a cat and it was also nice to be able to let her outdoors (monitored) in a fenced yard. Master bed was also very comfortable. Parking is just outside the property so loading and unloading was very easy. Also Regina was kind enough to share some of her fresh chicken eggs with me which made a nice breakfast on my last morning.

TV is all streaming so I was unable to get some of the normal local channels I like to watch. This really wasn’t a big deal since I wasn’t there to watch TV. Also had a little trouble with the TV remote. I think maybe just needs to be replaced. The wall between the other rental is a little thin so I could hear talking and a dog barking, but it wasn’t really that bothersome unless you had some extremely loud neighbors.

Spacious house with a very nice garden and terrace.

The cleanliness lacked a bit, for example in the bathroom and the kitchen (hairs in bathroom and slightly dirty cutlery).

Host was very thoughtful, friendly, and check-in was a breeze! Place was spacious and the patio area was amazing 👏

I loved the fact I could rent a 2 bdrm apartment for the same price (or pretty close to it!) as a hotel "room"! The hostess was great and the view of the garden was wonderful. You wouldn't believe you were 1 1/2 blocks off a busy road!

Creamer was not suitable for tea drinkers. Appreciate it wasn't part of the package, but could offer continental breakfast as a nice touch?

So comfortable and welcoming. Sommer, our dog, was welcomed too and she was able to enjoy the fence yard.
