This property and owner delivered an exceptional experience for our family Ski Trip. The communication was excellent and the owner was very responsive. The house (Well appointed Kitchen, New Hot Tub + Towels, and super fun Game Room) had everything we needed and views were spectacular. Can not wait to come back next year!

I don’t even know where to start! Everything was perfect… location, fireplaces with lots of wood, awesome hot tub, comfy beds and linens, fully stocked kitchen. They thought of everything! We were minutes from skiing and tubing. The game room was a fun bonus, and we were even visited by two moose one morning! Our vehicle was too tall for the garage, but otherwise, it was a great feature if we could have used it. Easy check-in and out. Home away from home! We would absolutely stay here again!

This was in a great location to access Breck, Frisco, Keystone, etc. Previous reviews were very positive and everything was what we expected it to be. We will check on the availability here for future trips to the area.

My friends and I travelled from Texas and it was our first time visiting Breckenridge. Our experience with Mike’s cabin was nothing short of amazing. The location is perfect, the view is perfect, and all the amenities were perfect. They provided a detailed guide that you can save as an app on your phone that explains everything you need to know about your stay so any questions we had were automatically answered with the guide and there was no stressing about trying to reach the host. I also reached out to Mike about an early check in/late check out and he was extremely generous with accommodating us. The WiFi worked perfect throughout our stay as well. One thing I would make sure you’re aware of is there is a flight of stairs to get to and from the cabin so as long as everyone in your group has the ability to use the stairs this is a 10/10 stay!!

When you find a great spot to fish you should keep quiet. Does the same apply to a place to stay? We really enjoyed everything about this place, but one small thing that turned out to be extra nice was being able to park in a private garage. Not having to scrape windows every morning was an unexpected treat.

We had the best time! The cabin is so comfortable and has everything that you need. The gameroom under the garage is such a fun space to hang out in. The hot tub was perfect after a day out in the cold. The views from all rooms are spectacular! The location is great, a very short drive to downtown Breck. We hope to be back soon!

We had the most wonderful stay at this property! The owner was very responsive and stocked the home with EVERYTHING we needed! We have stayed at many VRBO properties but this gorgeous home exceeded our expectations! We loved it!!!!

Very comfortable place to stay for a few days or few weeks if needed. The view of the peaks from the house was great. Just the right distance outside of town but only a couple of minutes away. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, kitchenware and firewood. Nice outdoor patio with propane firepit and heater. Hottub was nice to enjoy in the cold evening. Living room furniture was comfortable and easy to relax in. All in all, a great stay!

Cozy spot with a great view! My family and I really enjoyed staying here. The host was helpful and quick to respond. The place was clean, close to everything and we loved the jacuzzi!

You can never underestimate the rental house you choose to spend a holiday in and how much it will add to the enjoyment of your stay. This cabin was an AMAZING spot for our scattered family of 7 (6 adults, one 2.5 yo) to gather for Thanksgiving weekend. Starting with the aesthetics all the way to the amenities….TOTAL CLASS!! This was the perfect house! They had everything we needed and more. It was close to town, but also a good distance away to feel like we weren’t in the busy town. Beautiful views from the property and a short distance walk away. We had such a positive experience with the host and will be back for sure. Thank you for everything!

Came out for a friend's trip with an emphasis on all the activities Breckenridge and surrounding areas had to offer. Check in was easy. Property is close to town, just a short drive into downtown. The property was clean and beds comfortable. The hot tub was key after a day of hiking/ biking/ fishing, and the views from the porch never got old. We did run into a few snafus with the internet connection, but after some quick IT support with the owner (Mike) were able to get one router to work for the main house devises. Overall, our stay was great. We all Lived, Laughed, Lodged hard.

We have rented lots of rentals and we have never encountered a person like Mike. He will always go the extra mile to make your stay the very best. He goes above and beyond what any other owner will go. He has it figured out. A five star isn't good enough for him. The property is very comfortable and well supplied. Lots of things to do at the house or in town. It was an amazing week away with my sister. Thanks MIKE.

We loved our stay. It was located in a perfect spot on the edge of town. We had everything we needed and more! Our older boys enjoyed the hot tub and game room while the little one slept. We also enjoyed the fire pit in the mornings with our coffee. We would definitely stay again some time!

At first I had a little trouble with the door but Mike and his partner quickly resolved my problem. ( it was me not them) the home is exactly as described. Clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. We all enjoyed the hot tub. The beds were comfortable and the younger ones loved the game room. The view from the location is AWESOME! It was a great place to come back to unwind from our summer adventure s!

This charming mountain home was perfect for our family of 5 who was visiting Breckenridge and surrounding area. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals at home. The beds and furniture were comfortable, and the extras of the game room and media choices were appreciated by all. We used this home as a home base for mountain biking, white water rafting, hiking, fishing, trail running and enjoying the town of Breck.

We stayed at this rental for several days durning a family vacation to Colorado in June of 2023. Our family really enjoyed the property. There is lots for kids to do. Mike is an excellent host! We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, and I can honestly say Mike has been our most conscientious and considerate host. He truly cares about his guests and property. Mike has great communication and got back to us quickly if we contacted him. The house location is easy to get to and convenient. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Breckenridge was close and we enjoyed dinner, ice cream, and shopping there. The area is absolutely beautiful with stunning mountain views! It was also a great location to several day trip areas. We would stay there again if we return to the area.

The home is immaculate, all accommodations available. The scenery is breath-taking with the soothing soundof a creek in the distance. The gaming room is a great bonus for the family. The family is excited for the next vacation.

This property was fantastic. I took the family for a ski/snowboard weekend and this place was perfect. Close to Breck ski resort and Main street as well as Copper Mountain and Keystone. We all had a great time. The hot tub after a cold day skiing was amazing and we just had an overall great experience. The owner Michael recommended local restaurants that wouldn't be too busy with out of state tourists due to it being spring break. This was a nice gesture since we're Coloradans. The game room was awesome and the old school Nintendo took me back to my youth. Would highly recommend!

Our second stay here and it's become our home in Breckenridge. So nice to be outside of the fray with easy access to the slopes and to restaurants. Hot tub was great after a days skiing and the game room was used each night. Beds are comfortable and the heating elements on the deck were nice for happy hours. Great location just minutes from downtown Breckenridge. House was very clean with many modern amenities and plenty of room. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and game room. The view is magnificent and we will probably book it again next year.

We really enjoyed this property, there was tons to do at the house (not that you need it in breck), convenient to town and stocked full with most things you’d need. Would definitely stay here again.

My friends and I found this cabin for a Ski trip. It had absolutely everything we could have wanted. The view on the deck is second to none. Absolutely loved the hot tub. Internet worked great

First off, Mike was a fantastic host at every step of the process. The house is very private, and the electronic door codes make checking in very easy with a group of people that arrived at different times. The hot tub was great after skiing at Copper Mountain, and the detached game room had a shuffleboard table that we really enjoyed. The hosts have really thought about everything to make staying at the house more comfortable- from a fully stocked kitchen and spice cabinet to a fire pit on the back deck to cozy up in the rocking chairs and watch the snowfall. 5/5 stars, we would stay here again!

This cabin is perfectly located just a few minutes from Breckenridge resort. The cabin had everything we needed for our family of 6. The hot tub was a hit, and our teenagers enjoyed hanging out in the game room after a day of snowboarding. Communication with the host was great. We’d love to stay there again if we take another trip to Breck!

Our family chose to stay over Christmas break and this place and host far exceeded our expectations. The home was adorable with many extra amenities! The host. Mike, was amazingly kind and helpful and made us feel so at home. The house was overstocked with necessities and was just beyond comfortable. You could literally feel the love in this home and we will happily stay there again ! If it was possible to give this stay 10 stars, w3e would. We had a great family holiday stay!

We couldn't have had a more perfect cabin/location for our storybook Christmas vacation. The house was clean and cozy and provided us with all the amenities we needed. The crackling fireplace in the living room kept us warm during the frigid cold snap and blowing snow and provided lovely ambiance that only enhanced the Christmas vibe. Mike decorated the cabin with a beautiful Christmas tree, an amazing picture of Santa over the mantel, lit garland across the mantal and many other wonderful holiday decorations that provided a perfect setting for a magical Christmas. The location of the cabin is perfect. Both Breckenridge and Frisco are super close and all of the other winter activities we enjoyed were also an easy drive. We can't say enough good things about the property and about Mike. He was an execellent host, amazing communication and very helpful and accommodating when asked for suggestions. We can't wait to return to Breck and stay at this property again!
