The room was so cozy and comfortable, washrooms were so clean.

I got delighted with the customer centric approach of the staff. Property is good and their flexibility to adjust booking days is exceptional service. I booked for 3 nights but i had to leave early. Staff did the booking change and only charged for 2 nights.

The room was nice and big as I booked the deluxe room
Other than the room being spacious, it had nothing more to it especially bathroom sink getting clogged. I asked for staff to come and check to which they told me there is no staff

The Place was well maintained, clean and tidy. Location was good and just right for my requirement of work which was located less than 2 kms away and was hence convenient. Uber cabs had no difficult in locating the place.
There was no restaurant to eat and dine and all food was served in the room. This was a bit inconvenient as there is limited table space for two in the room and we had to take turns even for breakfast but I am not complaining.

food was pathetic.
Room size for suite was inadequate. It had to have a separate area. No Coffee machine or kettle. once kettle given the associated ingredients, instant coffee, tea bags, sugar etc. was never supplied
In bathroom, no dental kit, shaving kit, combined bath and shampoo. 2-3 small (ultra) bottles kept for 3 nights

The bedding was of very poor quality, cobwebs in the washroom, Bath towels of a bad quality,”. the reception fails to fulfil the requirements in first go.

The staff and the stay is very comfortable. 4th time staying at this location. Neat clean and secure.
The location is little inside and if you are not from Delhi the cab drivers take you for a ride.
