Location was the best thing about this rental. Close to Bethany Beach.

To start instructions stated we "had" to go to Millville to sign a document before we could get in the house. Not true. Then the instructions for the keyless entry were not accurate and the help desk didn't know how to operate it either. Took over an hour to finally get in the house by a pleasant tech. Then there is the lack of cleanliness. 2 foot long hairs on the walls in the MB shower. Layers of dust on the splash guard around the sink, gunk around the faucet handles, stuff on the refrigerator door, dirt spots on the floors, bugs hanging from cobwebs at the entry, stained towels that should have been thrown away, dust and lack of paint on the baseboards throughout the house, coffee pot that was left to burn and never, ever cleaned, towel bar ripped from the wall and never replaced in upstairs bath and finally the standard sink to the floor sofa
