The location is exceptional right on the esplanade with walks in both directions, the studio is well equipped and comfortable, I would certainly book again and recommend to my family and friends.

Excellent location right near the sea and foot path to Eype. See Photo. to the very left are a set of small holiday lets, I stayed in one of these, Very comfortable and cosy with good ambient lighting and heating. Extremely clean and tidy.

The property was very clean

We were very unhappy with our stay at this property, we had someone in property number 6, a few doors down doing building works until gone 8pm in the evening. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The external door had to be left unlocked as it was sticking so we could only lock the internal door which bodes as a security risk. The coffee machine did not work and the shower pressure was awful. I feel a partial refund is in order as we did message the host directly via WhatsApp and he seemed more interested in what neighbour was making the noise, as to not upset his next customers. The window handles were removed due to being corroded so we could not open them, making it very hot as the porch area is all glass. Also the bin had not been emptied and there was milk cartons on the top of the bin, as well as the bin being full. The kettle was scaled up. A really dreadful experience

the property was very clean and very close to the beach the management (Martin) was very helpful and professional with a lot of information in the area which was great and helpful holiday start thanks lots will recommend it and will be back as soon as I can thank you very much for your help I really appreciate it
