The place is beautiful. The outdoor patio area is tranquil. The bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of space. The water pressure is great. The kitchen is nicely stocked. It’s close to garage parking and restaurants. The only negatives for us were the main area furniture is not comfortable and the kitchen chairs need pads (they screech so loudly we could hear neighbors moving theirs, too).

The apt was a great retreat after sightseeing the French Quarter and Garden District. Off the busy, beaten path just enough, yet a short few-block walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Apt was very clean and comfortable. Some finishes in the bathroom seemed worn, but overall very clean, spacious, and comfortable. I would return!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay Roami and having this condo as our home base. Check in and out was a breeze, the condo is fantastic. The location served us well! Thanks for having us - we hope to be back!

Very nice property. Good location to most everything. May be normal city life, but wasn't much green area for dog. A little different, but thankfully my dog adapted!

We loved the location of this property. Close to many restaurants and just a short walk to the quarter. The 2 bedroom 2 bath unit we stayed in had much more room than most we've rented with Sexton. It is located right next to the trolley which runs all night so if you are a light sleeper, take note.

Awesome location, great communication, the furnitures are really used up and the kitchen was missing a lot of basic cooking needs. The bathrooms are in really bad shape, the sink faucet where really dirty and rusted, the shower head was all green and rusted.

Easy walk to French Quarter, WWII museum, and street cars. Load in and out was easier than I expected for a downtown address. Parking at the nearest garage was simple and secure but not cheap ($25 per day). The downstairs lounge area is comfy and has a piano. Rooms have lots of space, good kitchen, washer and dryer, fast wifi. Happy we found this place.

I would definitely stay here again.
The location was great as it wasn't in a super busy area but was within walking distance to everything we wanted. Communication was easy and the check in process was very smooth. We arrived early and although we couldn't check in early they allowed us to drop off our bags while we waited around town. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location
The apartment was as described in the listing. Communication with the property manager was very efficient as were the check-in and check-out instructions and procedures. The apartment is conveniently located near many very good restaurants with just about every type of cuisine you could want. Beds were comfortable and lots of towels and washcloths were available.

This unit had everything we needed to enjoy the French Quarter Music Festival. We did not cook in (why would you with so many great restaurants) but it is large enough for six people. My only caution is for the light sleeper, this unit's bedrooms face the street where the street car runs and it is very noisy late night and early morning.

Great place right in the midst of town!
Excellent place to get the batteries recharged or eat a good meal Relaxing, very comfortable place of satisfying delight. Will love to come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay! We loved the location, the cleanliness of room and safety overall. The only thing was your repainting efforts caused a bathroom door not to fully close....Also, disclosing the Street car at the cross street would have been helpful. Thank you.
