We thoroughly enjoyed the quick and easy access to everything. Felt very safe. Parking was a bit expensive by the day and it is not included in the stay so make sure you check out that beforehand. Otherwise it was a perfect stay

This was a great place. Great location, beautiful and clean property and the facility has great amenities. We were very happy with it and it was a 10 minute walk from the French Quarter.

One of the best things about the vacation was having sextant stays as our host. We had everything that we needed to really enjoy ourselves.

Great communication with the host, very simple instructions to enter the unit. It was very clean and spacious. It was great to have a washer/dryer in the unit, tv viewing was nice to be able to log into our personal apps. There is a well maintained french quarter overlooking the balcony. The location is perfect if you want to be walking distance to Bourbon St, the casino, or many other sites. But also far enough away that you get away from the grime of what Bourbon Street offers. My only recommendation to make our stay perfect would be to consider putting Keurig coffee maker into their units. For our group of 4, all being coffee drinkers. The standard coffee pot makes very weak coffee to where it's undrinkable to me. There was a french press stocked in the kitchen, but it only yields about 2 cups per brew. Not a deal breaker, just a suggestion. Overall a very pleasant stay, I would definitely book here again. Thanks!

We had a great time in New Orleans. The Sextant is in a great location. Just a few blocks from the French Quarter and all it has to offer. The St. Charles Streetcar stops are close by. A few blocks in the other direction is Rouses Market, a local grocery store for food and drinks. And a little further, but still within walking distance, is the World War II museum. The apartment was spacious, with just about everything we needed. It was especially nice to be able to do a load of laundry in the middle of our stay. The few small concerns we had, (dishtowels for the kitchen, internet down one morning,) were quickly addressed. We'd definitely stay here again.
