Located right on the water. Plenty of room and nicely appointed.

We stayed in November 2021 for five days. We had an absolutely amazing stay! The house was in a perfect location: right on the beach in a quieter part of the area, with no house in the lot directly to one side because it was a public beach access, so there was extra privacy because of that. The house was exactly as it was described and shown in the photos. It was very clean and perfectly maintained, with amazingly views. There were beach supplies on hand, a well-stocked kitchen, the bed was comfortable, the wifi worked well, and Netflix was ready on the main TV. Ingrid was an awesome host who checked in on us to make sure that everything was fine. She was very responsive every time we asked a question, and she is very professional and very friendly. We had no problems at all during our stay. We thank you for being so very accommodating to us. Everything was perfect and we will never forget our stay! We definitely hope to come back here again!

My family was looking for a front-row beach house with a great view and this house was a perfect fit. No issues with check-in/checkout. Highly recommended for family getaways.

NOTE to future guests!! This listing does NOT include Sheets for the Beds or Towels!!!! I did not notice this when I reserved it and I thinks it's a very important detail. We had to go out late at night to buy these items and that was Expensive. Add this to your budget if you stay here. The house was great, the view of being on the Ocean is Amazing! Owner was nice in communication. Bedroom views are beautiful. Chairs on the deck are Perfect for seeing the view!! Parking area good. I would stay here again...the only downside is not providing towels/sheets. I don't think the blankets provided are washed in between guests because you have to make the beds with them prior to leaving. Kitchen is fully equipped. Overall experience with this house was great.

Perfect location, perfect house, perfect host!

This is our second time staying at the oasis! The house is immaculate, very comfortable for large families and is fully equipped with everything you possible need! The house was extremely clean, the views and ocean front is just simply breath taking! Ingrid is a very phenomenal and caring owner, always checking in making sure everything is ok. Walking a few steps to the sand, watching the sunrise, spending the day watching dolphins and listening to the waves, spending quality time with my kiddies and family are memories that will last a lifetime! Looking forward to coming back next year!

We loved our stay at Ingrid’s house! The beach decor was amazing and the house came stocked with games and additional beach necessities! Everything was clean and the layout of the house was awesome! Highly recommend!

We loved it so much last year, we booked a year ahead for this year! Hope to be back next year. They have beach supplies, games, and lots of kitchen supplies…..just a few steps to the beach. Amazing property!

This owner aims to please and was incredibly responsive and accommodating. One member of our family has mobility issues and this property proved to be the ticket. Extremely close to the beach and ocean, elevator and few steps required to get to the beach to set up. With 6 adults and four children we had full cars and were appreciative of the chairs and umbrellas for guest use. We cooked in a lot and found that what we needed was there. A nice gas grill is provided as well and we loved that. The wi-fi handled our crowd and all their tech devices and each smart TV has Roku so we were able to sign into our personal streaming services as well. Spacious kitchen table allowed us to seat everyone together and the extra large size dorm refrigerator saved on ice!. Games and puzzles provided for the kids and even a unique arcade type basketball game in the parking area. All in all a great week!

Spacious, clean, great location, and stocked with everything you need for a great trip: beach umbrellas, beach chairs, beach toys for the kids, games in the house, good wifi, smart tvs, fully supplied kitchen, and more. The top deck was great for getting some sun and looking out on the ocean, and the bottom deck perfect for some shade. Owner was also readily available for questions. This Surf City rental was perfect for our family of 8 adults. We loved being right on the ocean, having plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, feeling the warm sun brighten the rooms as well as sighting dolphins a few times right from the deck. Working with Ingrid was seamless. Highly recommend this home for a great vacation with room to spread out.

The house worked very well for our needs, the view is gorgeous and the owner was wonderful. The elevator is a little glitchy but we have had the same experience with residential elevators at other properties we stayed in. We needed the elevator for our elderly mother and one of us would always ride with her. Kitchen was very well equipped and the house was clean.

For many years our family have rented a beach house for the week after Christmas. We found this house this year and we are so glad we did! I don't even know where to start. Communication with Ingrid was great! Our whole family was so surprised about how well furnish the house is. We brought so many unnecessary items for the kitchen that was already furnished. With a very nice 80 degree weather after Christmas, the kids were able to use the very well stocked beach toys items. This house is very highly recommended if you are planning a Surf City vacation. We will defiantly be back!

We loved everything. We were especially impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was with cookware. Also, really enjoyed bacci ball. The non-sun people loved being able to sit on the deck and see the ocean. I didn't read the part about needing linens until we were an hour away from the house, and Ingrid hooked me up with Sweet Dreams Linens who were super easy to work with and fast! The location is perfect. We booked for next year on the way home!

There was even a “welcome to our place” gift bag left for us. Our young grandson loved the tradition of leaving a signed shell in the kitchen table centerpiece, too. We loved our stay at Sea The View and hope to return someday!

The beach was beautiful, and the house lovely, with just about anything you could need during your stay, besides the linens! We opted to bring our linens but Ingrid had provided the name of a company she recommended, which was very helpful. The outdoor shower was great after spending time on the beach, lounging in chairs the owners provided. Beach toys, body boards, and an inflatable boat are bonus items for families with kids! The kitchen was supplied with a huge assortment of EVERYTHING you will need for preparing and serving meals. We lacked for nothing!Hope to return with my family in the future:)
