This property is the whole package - amazing views & sunsets, peaceful, quiet, and great location. There is a beautiful pool along with use of kayaks, bikes, and a hot tub. We loved watching all the birds and also saw dolphins swim around pier. The Pinellas Trail is about a block away which gave us quick access to bike to many scenic spots, parks and restaurants nearby. Tom & Eileen were wonderful hosts, very responsive, and made sure the unit had everything for a comfortable stay. The unit was very clean and everything well maintained. It was a wonderful stay and highly recommend!

The best spot ever! The sunsets, the breathtaking ocean view, the beautiful terrace, the outstanding property- spotless and well maintained, the garden, the wonderful private swimming pool, and the welcoming generous hosts made it so. Love, love, love it!

This property is truly a gem. On the gulf, with a pool and hot tub. The hosts supply you with 2 kayaks, 2 bikes, and a SUP. There are plenty of interesting places to visit on the water and the Pinellas bike trail is a short 2 minute ride away thru a quiet subdivision. The apartment is spacious, clean and has everything you need including a great outdoor deck with seating where we enjoyed amazing sunsets and ate our meals at the property. Your hosts Eileen and Tom are wonderful people. Very responsive and full of useful information about local sites to visit, restaurants, and history. Hopefully you'll enjoy the same great weather we had at the end of January at this little slice of paradise.

We love a view, we love sunsets, we love peace and quiet. There is not a room in this eyrie that does not look over the Gulf to Honeymoon Island and beyond. The Pinellas trail is only a block or two away and our hosts provided bikes and helmets. Cant say enough about how much we enjoy the second floor apartment and full length deck over a gorgeous LONG pool. Recommend enthusiastically.

I had an amazing Thanksgiving vacation at this spectacular home located right on the Gulf. My hosts were incredibly kind and gracious. I saw some of the best sunsets I’ve ever seen right off my deck!!! Would highly recommend. I know I will be back!!! Thank you again to the Morris’! Patti Reilly

Beautiful sunsets.

This property was everything described and more. The location is in a quiet, peaceful community and the beautiful home sits overlooking the ocean. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Eileen and Tom were wonderful hosts - very helpful and responsive when asked, but also gave us privacy. We had a relaxing and peaceful week - just what we were looking for. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Tom and Eileen are great hosts! They are kind, thoughtful, classy, and genuinely cool! They really respect your privacy, and are very pleasant and helpful. The apartment is clean and super nice. The pictures do not do it justice! The views of the sunset from the balcony are breathtaking. The amenities are awesome. Tom helped us take out the ocean kayaks, and we utilized the bikes on the paved trails nearby. The pool and hot tub are spa quality as well, we really enjoyed that during our stay. The house is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, with a bunch of cute restaurants nearby. Honeymoon island beach is also about 10 minutes away (on weekdays). Overall, Tom and Eileen exceeded expectations and would love to stay there again soon!

That is the word that comes to mind as we sat enjoying breakfast on the deck in the morning and sunsets and stars in the evening. This is our second stay here and we enjoyed every minute of the two weeks. Eileen and Tom are amazing hosts who provide many amenities for their guests. Bikes, kayaks, a welcome basket, and everything you need to enjoy your stay.

This property offers so much...bikes, kayaks, a paddle board, a very clean waterfront pool that you can actually swim in, a gorgeous view, great bird/marine life watching and very thoughtful property owners. The unit is very comfortable for 2 guests. The owners live below the unit which is close but the advantage was that they kindly answered any of our questions/concerns and were very respectful of our privacy. We would definitely stay here again.

If you want to sit on your private deck and drink your coffee looking at the ocean in the morning and watch the sunset at night this place is for you! The apartment is large, quiet and is a perfect home away from home. The owners are lovely people who take great pride in their home and provided top notch service in every way. They assisted us when we checked in and were responsive to all questions and requests. They provide kayaks and bikes as well as a sparkling pool that we enjoyed daily! The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is close to the trail and all the restaurants and bars in Palm Harbor. Highly recommend and will return!

The property was beautiful and very clean with amazing views. Tom and Eileen were gracious and very helpful with anything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the bikes, using them multiple times. Tom helped us get the kayaks in and out and we had very nice afternoon on the water. The location was great for places we wanted to visit with friends in Dunedin, Tarpon Springs and Clearwater. Very easy and short drive to Innisbrook (between 5 & 10 minutes). We would definitely stay again.

This property exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and has a beautiful view of the water. If it had been warmer, the pool,, kayaks, bikes and paddle board would have been so fun & convenient. I hope to stay there again!

If anything, the online pictures don't do it justice. The setting and views from the apartment take your breath every moment. On a quiet street in charming Crystal Beach (who knew there was a Crystal Beach?), we were barely a block from Pinellas Trail and a stroll to the waterfront park. Yet the waterfront is steps from your deck every day, with gorgeous birds and sunsets. The owners helped us take out their very nice ocean kayaks, and we lived on their bikes which rode just fine for what we needed. The unit was very cute---very California with a "see-through" fireplace between the living area and bedroom. There is a huge walk-in closet, a soaking tub in the WINDOW, and a nice shower. We were able to completely move in and make it our home for the week. Eileen and Tom were so gracious and welcoming. And we ate fresh bananas off her tree every morning!! We are definitely planning a return trip.

Eileen and Tom are fantastic hosts. The view from the deck is phenomenal which makes it difficult to leave the premises especially with all of the on site amenities. However, we were able to explore a few of the many nearby sites and activities that were well worth our time. Hoping to return in the near future.

The sunsets are spectacular. The property is clean and well maintained. The hosts are wonderful, welcoming people. (She made us cookies one day) We didn't get a chance to use the kayak, but we did use the bikes to go on the multi-mile bike path that is very close. It was our first time renting a place within a host's house. So we had some lingering doubts about how that might work out. It was not a problem at all! The whole upstairs is cut off from the downstairs. We had complete privacy and no distractions. And the hosts could not have been better. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. When we are in the area again, we hope this place will be available!

My wife and I were looking for a place to get away from all the stress and craziness of life. The quiet serenity and gorgeous views at this property had it all. Eileen and Tom were amazing hosts and felt like old friends. Enjoy the sunset....

Great location safe and quiet great place to relax and just take in a Beautiful sunset. Yet close to all the gulf coast has to offer. Definitely would stay again.

The owners go out of their way to accommodate in any way necessary. They kindly let us use a downstairs bathroom for our 95 year old mom who couldn’t access our upstairs apartment via the stairs. The sunset views are breathtaking every evening.

This place is a great choice if you are looking for indescribable views; privacy, yet personal desires that are close by; extra free amenities; and hosts, who are always available for your questions or specific needs.

Million dollar views were our first awe moment. Awesome and gracious hosts, Eileen and Tom, made for a perfect 8 nights. Location, location location was the icing on the cake- so close to Tarpon Springs, Palm Harbor downtown, Dunedin and all of the attractions. We can’t wait to return to this property to enjoy the sunsets again!

The ocean views are spectacular! Enjoy dinner on the deck and then take in the sunset from the ocean side hot tub. It’s hard the find a property that’s checks all the boxes, the persuasion crystal beach house does. It’s on the Ocean, pool, hot tub, private deck, ocean view from the bedroom and check check check! Tom and Eileen where awesome the best part (besides the ocean views) she’s a chef. We ordered 5 meals for 2 prepared nightly, no cooking, clean up, figuring out what to make or what restaurant to find. Our tenth anniversary was perfect. Thank you Tom and Eileen, we couldn’t have asked for anything more!
