Well equipped & comfortable, good loxation.

We loved our stay in this VRBO; our visit was a couple weeks prior to the wider season start, and we had the chance to relax with the beach and boardwalk mostly to ourselves. The space itself could not have been better; the owners clearly put careful thought into the preparation of the space and ensured we had everything we needed (of course, as an OC standard, you'll need to bring linens and towels yourself). Communication and check-in / check-out were seamless; overall we had a wonderful family time together.

This property looks exactly like the pictures. Clean, airy, and extremely comfortable. PERFECT walk to the beach, boardwalk, and town. Hesitant to say just how great this property is. Owners are very communicative and available. Hope to return summer 2024- thank you !!

We loved our stay, the rental was clean and roomy. We enjoyed the deck and it was short walk to the beach, boardwalk and shops.

The condo looked exactly as pictured and was in a great location! Short walk to the beach and boardwalk and about 10 minute walk or less to many shops and restaurants. It was clean and supplied a beach cart full of beach stuff which was great not to have to pack those things. It was our first time to OCNJ and we will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is great and the house has ample beach supplies, which was a win for a family with young children. We would definitely recommend!

Beautifully decorated. All the comforts and amenities of home. Short walk to the beach. Close to restaurants, shopping and boardwalk. You won’t be disappointed!

We were very happy with our stay at Brian’s place. Communication right from the start to the end was great. Fantastic location on a quiet street and 2 blocks from beach and one block to Wawa! House is done very nice and is clean with a fully equipped kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

This was pur first trip to OC. We were pleasantly pleased with the cleanliness and overall warmth of the condo. There was pleantly of space for our family. The cabinets were stocked with anything we may need along the way and the hall closet had tons of movies and games for the rainy days. Great location, lots of shops and eateries within steps.

We had a great stay at this property! The property itself was clean and well taken care of. It was within a few blocks of the beach / boardwalk and walkable to markets, restaurants, and ice cream shops.

This was a perfect apartment for a family visit. Very clean and owner communicated well and check in was very easy. It was nice to use the garage, but was very tight for my SUV. You might want to check height and width before bringing a large SUV. Apartment got great light and cool ocean breeze. Nice to sit on balcony/porch in evening. Perfect location-close to shops and boardwalk but also on quiet street.

The condo was in nice condition and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses and flatware. The appliances are new, and everything was very clean. The walk up was exactly 20 steps, and a bit difficult carting luggage. The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Just in case you are new to OC NJ, you must bring or rent all your linens. This includes sheets, towels, blankets and kitchen linens too. It would have been good to have that requirement included in the listing. Our hosts, Brian and Julie were great. They took time to call before our arrival to answer any questions. Great location near the boardwalk and beach.

We were thrilled with the comfort of this unit and also how well stocked it was. I would recommend this unit for anyone who is able to handle the 20 stairs going up. We loved it but we are too old for that!

We stayed at this property for a long weekend trip to OCNJ after labor day. 4 adults and 2 young kids. It was really a perfect experience for our group. The house is very clean, stocked, and well decorated. Had all the essentials. It is also a great location to walk to beach/boardwalk and also stores like Walgreens. I loved having multiple beds in two different rooms - allowed us to shift up sleeping arrangements to accommodate little kids. It was really a wonderful stay and I would absolutely recommend!

In general I loved the property . The owner is super chill he was very clear in his instructions and always was willing to answer any questions . The property is 2 nd floor which he mentioned so yes there are a lot of stairs but the benefit is that it is zig zag so you have a landing every few steps which is nice . It was my first trip with a newborn so overpacked and did too many flights for this trip but just pack normal and you should be fine . I loved the inside interior decorations of the property all the paintings have positive beach sayings which were great picture opportunities for beach pics . I am very happy that it was close to all the necessary . Let’s be real you are on vacation so your not using the stove so all the nearest restaurants are pretty good , there is a Wawa , a acme and a Walgreens and Dunkin donuts and a bunch of little breakfast places really close in addition to the boardwalk . The couch inside the place is sooo comfortable . The washer and dryer is perfect to use for everyday . Overall happy with the rental .

In looking for a cozy beachhouse that is close to both downtown, the beach and the boardwalk, we struck gold. To top things off the owner could not be nicer or more accommodating. Beautiful house that we did not want to leave!

Location couldn’t have been better!

The house is very clean and nicely decorated and updated. Perfect location, walking distance to everything. Communication with owners was very good. Overall, perfect week and the great weather was an extra bonus.

Very nice home in a great location. Owner was pleasant and easy to work with. Bedding/ sheets are “not included” but previous guests have left clean/ folded sheets in the closet. Will definitely try to stay here again if it is available.

Nice big living area opening to a small deck area a few blocks back from beach. Clean and well-furnished. Big kitchen area with large island and all the dishes, appliances, etc that one would need. Decorations are an ocean/mermaid theme with lots of witty sayings on plaques. Bedrooms nice and two bathrooms. Garage area for parking, keeping bikes and beach stuff. Definitely rent again.

Our family recently stayed at this property with 4 children under 5 and the experience was nothing short of spectacular. The house itself is clean, updated with a shore feel, plenty of sleeping options for children including a Pirate Room with a Great White on the wall. 2 sets of bunk beds and twin w trundle. The owners clearly appreciate the little things when traveling such as night lights, hand soap, kids’ games, chip clips and cleaning supplies just to name a few. Nice open floor plan in the kitchen, dining and family room. Everything was updated. Cabinets, counters… Parking in the back and street parking not a problem. I have 0 complaints and without a doubt would book again. It can be overwhelming trying to pack to stay at someone else's home and the owners here obviously understand that concern and were very accommodating. Also, easy to deal with and incredibly responsive. Probably the best experience we have had using VRBO or the other site.

Very nice...steps a little too much for octogenarians with luggage. This was a liile more cleaning on leaving than usual for a rental.

Enjoyed our stay. Kitchen and great room good. Cleaning lacking in many areas and property showing signs of heavy use. Convenient location. Parking challenging as neighbor had a huge truck. We used the street where my car was scratched.

Our family had so much fun. The house was very clean. The location was perfect for a family with young children. Close to beach, boardwalk and shops. We look forward to renting again next summer!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Brian and Julie’s beach house. We really enjoyed how close it was to the beach and boardwalk. We rarely had to move our cars because almost everything was in walking distance. The home was very well cleaned and there was plenty of room for 4 adults, 3 teens and 1 preteen. You definitely feel the beach vibe in this house. It’s beautifully decorated. The communication was excellent with the owners. They responded very quickly and helped us with any questions we had. We love OCNJ and would definitely stay here again.

We just returned home after having a fantastic week in OCNJ. This house was a great space in a convenient location and the owners were very welcoming and helpful in answering our questions. The house was very clean and comfortable and had plenty of space for our family of five. The kitchen had all we needed to make breakfast, pack lunches for the beach, and cook a few dinners and the living room was a welcome space for us to rest after putting the kids to bed. We loved the design of the kitchen, layout of the house, and decor. It's exactly what we were looking for in a beach house. We enjoyed being just a few blocks from the beach/boardwalk and other restaurants and shops in town. After finding a parking spot of the street, we used the garage and parking pad as storage for all of the beach stuff. The shower and hose on the side of the house made it easy to get everyone and everything cleaned up after a day on the beach. We highly recommend this property for your trip to OCNJ!
