We loved this location with quick beach access. The house was a great size for two families of 4 with small kids.

My husband and I really enjoyed how clean and spacious the property was.
Very close to the beach, and walkable to some lovely restaurants.
Note that the balcony is on the inland side of the house, and check out requires laundry and self-cleaning.

We were so impressed by this house! We rent various beach houses up and down the Oregon Coast and this is definitely one of our favorites! The views of both the lake and the ocean were beautiful. Beach access is within a 3 minute walk. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with everything you could possibly need. The 3 levels were perfect for our entire group to have the space that they needed to relax. The kids and adults loved the closet of games. We always say that every house that we rent has a quirk...we couldn't find one with this house. We will definitely stay here again.

This was a lovely home, with everything we needed including a well-stocked kitchen. Our only complaint is that the cups and mugs did not get clean in the dishwasher; there may be something wrong with the top rack sprayer? But we re-washed them by hand, no big deal. Lovely views, nice big open living room to gather as a family, and super close to the beach. We had a great weekend!

We had the best time at this VRBO. It was clean and cute- we had everything we needed for a great family time. Just a short walk to the beach. Great view of the lake on the porch and a view of the ocean out the windows. I look. forward to staying here again in the future.

We loved staying here and would definitely stay again. It’s updated with clean furniture and greatly equipped with essentials and then more. We cooked every night and had everything we needed. The only room we didn’t use was the basement.

Was fun staying here with family! Very adequate for our group. Only down sides---spiders in the downstairs bathroom and no way to light the BBQ.

We had such an amazing time here at the house! It’s much larger than anticipated. Such a great home for large groups. Super easy and close access to the beach and into town. I would recommend this house to anyone and will look forward to staying here again in the future!

Four bedrooms one flight up from garage/driveway and living areas one more flight up. This place was clean, comfortable and wonderfully located to beach access and “town” (rather, main intersection). Green Acres horse/camel back riding is practically next door. If you have bad knees or don’t like stairs, then this place might be problematic. Otherwise kitchen is well stocked, bedrooms and overheads are well lit (even bedside lights were good for reading), and all bathrooms and kitchens are well appointed.
Note: if is windy, stack the deck chairs or you will hear ghosts all night.

Pacific City Stay
Great location within easy walking distance of the beach. Place was well equipped and in good shape, except for dirty carpeting.
The entry instructions need to be clearer since there was an electronic door lock and a mechanical lock box with three feet of each other and it wasn't clear which one to use or which of two codes provided were for the lock box which we had to use.

Nice, quiet location close to everything
My husband, myself and 2 teens stayed for 4 nights at this lovely house. The kitchen is nicely stocked with all the things to cook, even an old-style waffle maker that works great! There are lots of stairs, but luckily we are fit. I wouldn't have chosen white carpet, because it is so hard to keep clean and that was apparent when we arrived, but everything else was really clean and nice. We loved watching the pelicans fly over and walked many miles of dune and sand. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Great beach house with a short walk to the beach! About a mile from stores and the house worked well for two families, 10 people total.

Great getaway
One of the best places I have stayed in Pacific City. We go every year and our family has grown so we needed a larger space to stay. Lots of room here and SO close to the beach. The kitchen was stocked with every kitchen gadget you can imagine as well. Would love to stay at this house again sometime.

Family gathering
The house very nice. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the river and having a large common space inside. We spent most of our days walking and surfing, and this is a great place for both. We would rent here again.

Great family getaway
The property was convenient and comfortable for a long weekend with our extended family (three couples and three kids). Easy access to the beach right outside the door. The house was well-appointed with everything we needed to cook family meals, and we all enjoyed being together in the top floor panoramic living space. Great communication and support from the Meredith Lodging team.

Friend trip
Great place to stay with lots of room for our group. You do get your exercise in going up and down the stairs of this 3-story house. Love this location because of the close proximity to the beach and beautiful views of both the ocean on one side and the river on the other.
