The whole place was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities of home. Steps away from the beach and pool. We will definitely be back.

The condo was absolutely perfect everything has been completely remodeled and it had all the amenities one could ask for. We will definitely be staying at this condo again in the future. The communication with Vacasa Was amazing as well. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

My husband and I loved our stay at Sea Oats 202! The condo was done so beautifully and provided all the amenities needed! The grounds and pool were beautiful too. There are many restaurants with in walking distance and of course the beach/ocean view is amazing!!

This condo is located in the perfect spot on Okaloosa Island. Within easy walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Very comfortable with all the conveniences of home. Also has a great view of the sunrise in the morning over the pier.

It was minor but the coffee maker was not working. One call to the help number and within a few hours someone brought a replacement. The rooms were as described with exceptional TVs!

Loved the view and walking distance to restaurants

It was such a amazing week. I want to go back as soon as possible. So comfortable. I love the location so close in walking distance of some GREAT restaurant. Nothing like the white sand. Great sunsets.

This condo is very comfortable and homey. Weather was great, ocean was beautiful blue,clear and calm to just float on my raft. Condo is very well equipped for all your cooking needs. The umbrella and two chairs are a plus also. We left there with awesome memories.

We just checked out of Sea Oats 202 & we had a great week at the beach! We were a group of 5 families, each getting our own unit, and everyone raved about how nice ours was compared to a few of theirs! It’s recently nicely renovated, the ocean view is great, the beds are comfy, and everything was as expected! The air didn’t seem to be working/cooling off as we would like on the evening we arrived. I called the Vacasa 800 #, they were very responsive & had the maintenance guy out there within 1-2 hrs (while we went out for dinner) to fix it! So it was nice & cool when we got back. My only feedback is that they don’t have a blender or toaster…that would be nice to have. Otherwise, the kitchen is well-stocked. I would definitely book again & recommend to friends! This was our first time coming to Oakaloosa Island, as we normally stay on 30-A, and we were very happy with this “old Florida” island feel. There are several restaurants, putt putt, ice cream, snow cones, and liquor store walking distance right across the street from Sea Oats also.

Great view of pool and dunes! The condo was nicely updated and plenty of space for our family. Love that sea oats is a smaller building so the pool and beach was not over crowded.

So well taken care of and felt like we where at home. Be sure to pack pool/beach towels. Easy access to pool and beach with amazing views.
