We had a wonderful stay. House was clean, decorated nicely, and had everything we needed. Property manager was very accommodating and quick to respond. We traveled for my birthday and I had a birthday card, candy and a bottle of Prosecco wine sitting on the counter when we arrived. So thoughtful. Will definitely return.

Wonderful lakefront cottage! Very clean and modern updates throughout the house. Million dollar views of beautiful Greers Ferry Lake from large living room and master suite windows. Lovely large, splinter free deck overlooking the lake, and gets nice afternoon shade. Easy lake access. Perfect place for paddle boarding, swimming and other lake sports. We’re planning our return trip!

Property was very clean with plenty of amenities for cooking, sleep, comfort, relaxation, etc. Steep driveway and walk to the water but the view is gorgeous and can be seen from most of the house. Plenty of recreational areas to explore nearby. We stayed with family (adults and young children) and everyone was comfortable and had a great time. Property manager was easy to reach and work with. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic cottage for enjoying beautiful Greers Ferry Lake. Very clean with modern updates throughout. Unobstructed million dollar views of the lake from large front room/master bedroom windows and spacious, clean, splinter-free deck. Deck also gets afternoon shade and breeze off the water, so a perfect place to hang out and read, listen to the birds, whatever. Lake access perfect for swimming, paddle boarding or other water sports. Water is a short walk, and a bit steep and rocky, but two 60+ didn’t have a problem getting our paddle boards back and forth. Super helpful/responsive hosts, even came to our rescue with personal item “loaners” we’d left behind. We’re already planning our next visit!

Loved walking out to the lake and swimming. The place was clean. Convenient to a restaurant and Grocery store. Profile portrays the property very closely.

This was the perfect get a way! Beautiful view, great bed, loved the lights at night and the fire pit. Everything you would expect for a vacation!

The property was perfectly situated on the lake with a gorgeous view. Kitchen nicely equipped (no dishwasher, though). TVs in every room. Very organized and clean. We did not realize there were steep steps leading down to the front door, but did not pose a big problem. We enjoyed our visit immensely!

This is an original lakefront cabin with a fantastic location

The cottage was great! Clean, equipped with everything you need, and a beautiful view! The family loved sitting or swinging in the hammocks, skipping ricks on the lake, and just relaxing in the gorgeous place. Our only wish was that there has been 2 bathrooms, but we knew that part going in. Outside of the cottage we enjoyed lunch at Janssen’s, (my husband and son were able to dock our boat right there), ATVing in Fairfield Bay with great tour guides, hiked Indian Caves, shopped in Little Rock, and did much needed relaxing. We would definitely return again, most likely in the summer when local businesses have more hours and the weather is guaranteed to be nice.
