Bright and clean. Great location near groceries, shopping, and restaurants!

My friends and I stayed at this property in July 2024. The location is excellent and it was a great property to stay at for easy access to the beach. We really enjoyed having a private pool and hot tub to enjoy during our visit. The top floor was a great space for everyone to gather together. The home is nice, but felt like some things could have been kept up a little bit better. The cleaning could have been better before we arrived - we swept up some areas that seemed like they'd been missed (including glass from broken light bulbs by the cabana bar). One shower head in a master bathroom was obviously broken, but the staff did come fix it first thing the next day once we reached out. Overall we enjoyed our stay and thought it was a good property and location for the price. However, would love to see it updated and cleaned a little bit better in the future.

Strong wi-fi. Great location to beach and stores. Nice pool and hot tub. Was jealous of neighbors with pickleball court!

Great location; house was in excellent condition; appliances and kitchen utensils were very good; Air-Conditioning worked well. A few glitches that can easily be remedied: replace or do a major maintenance of the washer/dryer; replace the washers in the kitchen and bathroom faucets; consider installing a mechanism to automatically fill the pool when water levels drop.

First, how can you not enjoy a week at the beach in Corolla? Shenanigans was more than fine for our group, but with some routine maintenance could have earned 5 stars. No issue we encountered was a deal breaker, but some updating needed, and especially with kitchen appliances. House is surprisingly well stocked with all you need in the kitchen—even plastic containers for leftovers, a crockpot, and an InstaPot! Would recommend bringing your own knife set if that is important to you (we did!). Loved the large backyard with volleyball net and corn hole boards provided in the home were enjoyed often! A beach cart and a couple of beach chairs were at the house, but not listed. Also, some basic pool and beach toys. Overall a great, budget friendly home for our group of 16!!

We were 10 unrelated people, and the house had plenty of room and a well-stocked kitchen. We've stayed here twice because the rooms are so comfortable. Be aware that there's no shared bath upstairs, so folks have to either invade the top floor bedroom or run all the way to the ground floor.

Loved our stay. The listing is the exact same as in person. The beach is just a few minutes away but if you didn’t want to do that, the pool and the hot tub were inches away. The property manager responded quickly to our needs. Definitely recommend.
