There were 14 of us which the house was quite large enough to accommodate. Bedrooms and baths were spacious. All beds were comfy and except for the second floor green room. That could really stand a topper or new mattress Mattress was hard and unforgiving. Fantastic things: Close to beach, lots of extras not listed in amenities Pool floats, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach wagon. When we first arrived the main frig ice maker didn’t work, laundry room light broken and frig in pool table room wouldn’t cool. Texted Vacasa and a repair person came within 12 hours All though he thought he fixed the ice maker. It still doesn’t work. The one glowing negative thing is there was NO hand soap, toilet tissue , dish soap, sponges, trash bags, paper towels, napkins, shampoo, conditioner Which we then had to purchase. An inconvenience not a disaster. Would definitely recommend renting

The house and neighborhood are beautiful. The walk to the beach is short. However, the house is not well maintained by the management company. The air conditioning system and fridge were not working well. Also, the master bathroom had mold. No amenities like trash bags

Stayed in this property week of July 27 to Aug 3. Walking distance to the beach was very good. Home had plenty of space and well maintained. Pool and hot tub were well maintained and tended to without issues. Agent was responsive when needed. Recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in Pine Island.

We had a great week at the beach. The house had so many beach items that could be used including a big wagon and lots of chairs which was awesome. We had 2 small problems come up and Vacasa was quick to come out and take a look at everything. The hot tub cover is getting hard to remove and the decking, especially on the top level is super dry, causing a few splinters in little kids. We arrived to a super clean house and have nothing but good things to say about our experience here.

This house was amazing, especially the master bedroom on the top floor. Well furnished and comfortable. The only thing we were not happy with is that the pool table is not standard size, which was not mentioned in the listing.

The house was open. There were enough baths and bedrooms to accommodate our needs. The house was close enough to the beach to walk within 10 minutes. We loved it

This house is very nice. The area is quiet. The walk to the beach isn’t terrible. If you have any problems though it’s hard to get ahold of the realtor.

Recent Stay
The management company, particularly Barbara, was very helpful and prompt in replying to all questions. Five stars for this! The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although spacious and in a good location, the house is dated.

We enjoyed our stay at A Wave from it All. Nice home and great location in Pine Island. We would definitely rent this property again.

Perfect family vacation spot!
A Wave From It All is the perfect "home away from home"! The layout of the house can comfortably accommodate a big group - giving everyone their own space and also plenty of room to gather and play together. A great vacation house starts with a great kitchen set up! Regardless of how / what you like to cook, everything you need is there! The house is well stocked with books, games and plenty of things for outdoor fun. The furnishings are well thought out - very comfortable beds, cozy nooks for reading, relaxing Adirondack chairs for enjoying the breeze on the deck! Great memories made at "A Wave From It All"!
