This place looks a lot better in the pictures. The owner has tried to make some updates, but those updates fall woefully short. The kitchen is okay, but the bathroom is awful. At 6' and 210 I'm not a huge guy. However, the shower head was at my eye level and the walls of the shower were within 4 inches of my shoulders. I barely had room to turn around. The bathroom sink was equally small. The faucet in the sink sprayed all over if you turn the water on too much. The tile in the bathroom has been painted and the paint is coming off in several places. Then there's the location. This is a busy location with people coming and going all day and into the late night. People were constantly walking by the window (ground floor) and looking into our window. There is a metal gate right outside our room that enters into the courtyard outside our front door. Unless you were very gentle in closing the gate, it would loudly rattle. This was constant throughout the day and sometimes waking us up at 2 and 4 am with people returning from a night of partying. Also, it sounded like baby hippos walking back and forth all night. Sometimes it sounded like they were moving furniture all around. We love Pass a Grille, but we will definitely not return to this particular place.

Very nice accomodations. Bathroom is a bit small, especially the shower.

Loved this small condo with a large deck to watch the sunset. Quirky but clean room. Beautiful beach right across the street. Great vacation at a good price.

We loved our stay, comfortable bed, quiet, convenient. Will definitely stay again.

Bathroom needs to be redone. It's really tight space don't think much can be done about that. Condition is rough though. Shower paint peeling. Faucet splatters out of sink. No where to put toiletries. Shower curtain too long and curtain bar very rusted. Bed was comfortable.

Place was perfect. The location was excellent and the place was very cute.

This property is in the perfect location, close to the beach, and all the restaurants within walking distance. Although the bathroom was tiny with a small shower, it was plenty of room in the living area in this first floor studio. Beautiful sun deck, with great view comes with it. Enjoyed our stay.

The overall stay was decent , the bed could be a little more comfortable and the couch needs updated . Other than that great location, not very wild . The people were friendly . And a bar and grill is rite above where the rooms were and it was considerably peaceful for being a bar . I’d probably stay at the same place again if I were to travel to the same area again.

Location was awesome. Unit was spacious and clean. Shower was probably smallest I’ve ever seen and I’m not very big. Kitchen was not equipped with enough silverware. I bought a blender and left it for future patrons. Sleep hours are a small window of about midnight to 7:00 am as this unit is right by the front gate. It slams every time people enter and exit even though signs are up to close quietly.

Studio was much larger than expected. Plenty of room for my husband and I. Nice quiet building. We love the sunset deck were met some other great people. Shower is small but we didn’t mind. The ice cream/coffee shop along with great bars and boutiques. ALSO, just north of Paradise Grill on the beach you can rent chairs w/ umbrellas! We will be back!

I knew there was gonna be construction, just didn’t understand the extent . It was loud in the early morning. They could offer more than one dish towel and more than one hand towel for dishes. Plus it was mixed with the bath towels, so hard to find . The shower is small , so be prepared. Other than that the location was amazing .

The unit is located in a great area! The bathroom is pretty small and the shower would be tough for someone tall. The shutters on the windows inside do not close all the way and the north window is missing the pull shade. The refrigerator has some kind of water leak inside - most likely from the freezer - that leaves water pooling on the shelf. But you can't beat the location - Pass-A-Grille!! The Paradise Grill just a short walk and on the beach was awesome! Great food and free coffee refills. We will definitely be returning to this area!!

Very restful and interesting neighborhood. Quiet and relaxing. Perfect for one or two people. Only downside is the very small bathroom and shower but not all that significant because of location.

Our stay was decent, the main area was fine and cute. The bathroom was very small. The bathroom was not clean either (hair in drain), I’m still waiting on finding an answer with the property manager, he took a few days to respond.

Great location, could use some comfortable seating and the shower is a very tight squeeze for most grown adults.

Right across the street from the beach! Restaurant next door and ice cream shop below that. Fun!

A few items could use some attention: Bathroom seat does not stay in position Chandelier is too low, safety hazard for taller people Shade was held in place by a kitchen knife and did not operate properly I think the communication pieces about wifi and parking need to be updated on the website and in the unit.

The place was nice. Could not open shades as I was At street view and people sitting outside of my window. Looks just like the photos and the person in charge was very communication with me about different things

Awesome area everything is walkable. Shopping boat tour, great food, location couldn’t get much better! I see the reviews that say bathroom is small and it is but who cares, your staying here to be on the beach, it’s not a spa. Will rent again pass a grille is an awesome chill area to have some drinks and relax on the beach without the massive crowds of Clearwater. Thanks!

had a last minute need to reserve a place in St Pete and so I was lucky this was available, and the location is great. Parking during the day could be tricky. the place really really needs some attention. Opening a closet door to locate the beach chair, it fell off in my hand. and then the beach chair was in such disrepair I could not use it. The bed was so uncomfortable I couldn't sleep on it, so I moved to the futon which was worse and in direct line of the A/C unit. The bathroom is tiny, any larger person simply will not fit. The peeling paint is getting a bit out-of-hand. The tv was fine once we figured out how to get it to work. This brings up the lack of clear instructions for anything in the condo. several wifi passwords, all different, are posted. the property manager is responsive, but really needs to focus on getting. a new mattress and futon and spending a few dollars to clean it up some. For what this place must make in revenue a month, the state of everything can be brought back to par with a weekend and a few trips to target. I wouldn't rent this place again.

You can't beat the location! Perfect for walking to the beach and to great places to eat! Manager is great and quick to respond to my questions. Shower is small, but other than that it was perfect!!
