I stayed with my family here for 4 nights. It was a great location to explore the area from mono lake to mammoth lakes and beyond. The place was clean, comfortable, spacious and had all the basic amenities. The furniture in the house was nice. We enjoyed watching a couple of movies from the dvd collection. I beat my kids at Scrabble and they refused to play again :). The outdoor chairs could use a little upgrade. I didn't have access to garage which made managing my bike storage a bit challenging but it was ok. The local coffee shop The Lift and the burrito food truck were fantastic. The general store is small and basic. For any serious grocery shopping you would have to go to mammoth. Some neighbors were tad bit loud when they were outside but it wasn't an issue past 8pm or before 7 am. Overall a very pleasant stay. I would recommend staying here

The condo was a great place to stay during our snowboarding and skiing trip to June Mountain. The condo was spacious and had everything that we needed during our stay.

Given the lack of attention to our initial complaints at time of checkout, I am now doubting that we will be using RR again for our next stay in June Lake area.

Condo was beautiful and clean! Perfect stay for our group of 6. Great location for skiing at June Mountain and was convenient to local eateries and stores. Connie was great to work with and check in/out process was smooth. Will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was excellent…..walking distance to just about everything at June/Gull Lake. Very short drive to June Mountain for the best family friendly skiing. The property was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything you needed and it was high quality stuff. There were games and puzzles there for all ages which was cool when my kids got tired of the stuff we had brought. My only complaints were related to noise (the HVAC system is loud downstairs where the bedrooms are and there were some noisy neighbors the time we were there). Overall a great place and would definitely stay again.

My family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo! We came for a ski trip and appreciated the comfortable accommodations and convenient location. It felt like a true vacation and we can’t wait to come back!

Unit 20 is my go to place from now on. I will do my best to come back to this unit by planning ahead for my future vacation.

Will be returning next year, but this time I am booking directly with RR vs expedia.

We loved this condo and definitely worth every penny. Set up was great, one bathroom and two bedrooms are located on one floor; the kitchen, dining, second bathroom and living room on another floor. Rainbow Ridge was great with communicating with us when we had a minor issue with garbage disposal but other than that, I have no complaints. Definitely interested in staying at this Edgewater Townhouse again.

Thank you so much for the help in relocating us so quickly. Really such a lovely home. We were visiting with other family members and they came over to see our place and commented that they would also like to book unit 20. That means I just have to book before they do so we can stay here again!

This is a well built and maintained residential condominium. It's clean, comfortable, and quiet. We needed a place to overnight before and after a pack trip and were quite impressed with the layout, feel, and comfort of this residence. A great place to stay - thank you!

It was a great vacation and I love Junelake and plan to return asap.

Great location and convenient to food and the few shops. The condo was clean and well kept. The only negatives were “No air conditioning,” and there were no sheets for the couch bed.

Easy rental, check in, and check out.

The property was excellent however there was a problem with lack of parking space that caused confusion and such inconvenience. The first night when we returned to the property at night, someone else's car was parked in my space so I had to street park. The next day, I confronted people who parked in my space and they told me the office told them to park in my space because theirs was taken by somebody else too. I called the office and told the situation for a resolution but I was simply told to park in someone else's space. This parking situation was very frustrating and made my stay very stressful as we went fishing and camped with our friends and returned to the property after dinner. I would not recommend this property unless you have resolved this parking issue.

The heating system was far too noisy.

This was our first time visiting June Lake and I have to say that we absolutely fell in love with it. The town home was very beautiful and just as described. Very neat, clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back to visit.
