Property was just as described. We came to celebrate Thanksgiving with out of state family. Had everything we needed for our feast. The Pac-Man arcade game and pool table entertained the 20 something’s. Perfect location to town. Enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Bring a presto log or your own wood for a fire in the living room. The outside wood was too wet to burn. No internet the whole time we were there. Not a huge deal except for turkey day football not televised on directtv. You cannot stream to the TV’s. They are locked down. We will definitely be back!

This is our second time renting this cabin and we absolutely love it! It’s huge and is enough space for all of us! We had a fun, relaxing, peaceful time and can’t wait to rent it again!

My family and I like liked the property. It was very beautiful and clean. There were some things that needed to be fixed.
The bottom trundle bed in the game room was broke so we could not use that. The sofa bed near the fire place sunk in so no one slept on that. The good thing is that there were other couches and a chase to sleep on as an alternative. Also, there was no trash bags provided and the outside trash bin was already full , and the TV remotes upstairs were not working. Housekeeping came the next day to provide trash bags and someone came and fixed one remote in the game room, but the the upstairs bedroom was still not resolved. Overall despite the minor mishaps, we truly enjoyed ourselves and will return to Broken Bow :)

It was a very good stay. Everyone felt safe and we had so much fun dancing and just having a good time with all the family. We were able to enjoy the surrounding as well. Definitely will do again in the future.

This property was exactly what our group needed; a bedroom for each couple, a table that seats all, and lots of peace and quite. Would recommend to others.

You should know…
While the property itself was beautiful and the house clean, things that might be of interest to future bookers are:
Upper floor makes a TON of noise with movement. Lower floor guests were woken multiple times.
The beds are incredibly soft. If anyone moves, all occupying the bed feel it.
The arcade has a button that doesn’t work so not all games were playable. Maintenance came out to look at it and determined it was circuit board issue. It was not fixed during our stay.
The fridge leaked as previous posters commented. Maintenance claimed they hadn’t been made aware of this issue.
The grills that were there upon arriving were severely damaged but maintenance delivered new grill!
Bring bug spray! Several people found ticks on them.
Creative Escapes sent maintenance twice to address the issues we had so they were very responsive.

Nix Family vacation
The stay itself was awesome but there were a few minor issues. The fridge took too long to get cold. the upstairs bath would take hours to drain.
One more thing the upstairs patio had a hole and had to be fixed when we got there.

Nice roomy cabin!
Nice amount of room. Pool table was a lifesaver for the kids. A little maintenance would improve the added touches. Overall, great experience.

This property was dirty, floors appear to have not been cleaned in quite a while, ceiling fans lined with dust and black mold under the kitchen sink. The beds were terrible, the ice box leaked and there was a water leak under the kitchen sink. The home itself was beautiful. Quite disappointing on the "comfort" level. I should of listened to the comments previously listed and kept looking.

I like the cabin because it has 5 full master bedrooms with the largest on the second floor. Nice hot tub keeps the water hot! The mattresses are not very comfortable. The pool table upstairs is in a bad shape we did not use it. There is no coffee maker upstairs as mentioned in the cabin description. The internet does not reach all rooms I missed a work session. The worse thing we experienced in this cabin is the kitchen supply! No pots and pans, some of us had to used spoons to eat their steak. The silverware is too old I had a spoon that came aport into two pieces. Nice cabin like this one should have good kitchen supply.

Annual Christmas Vacation
We have been taking a family trip for over 10 years. We love having a home to stay in together with 15 it’s not always easy. We love hochatown/broken bow area. Everything about the house and grounds was fabulous. Our only complaint are the roads are terrible. You could lose a small car in some of the potholes. But we still had a fabulous time. Nice but needs a couple things
Stay was nice. Worth the price. But there needs to be some upgrades. Mattresses, bedding, and pillows were not very good at all. One toilet had a leak. Water leaked out from under fridge too. Living area furniture was very nice though. And the outdoor furniture was plentiful and nice. Hot tub only had a couple jets working.

Family Getaway!
We absolutely loved this cabin! It’s so spacious, and beautiful inside! The rooms and beds were amazing. The hot tub was nice, we enjoyed it all so much. More than enough room for the 6 of us. It’s the perfect place to just get away from home and relax! I would definitely rent this cabin again! But it is not wheelchair accessible and we thought it was. That is the only issue we had. Also, management does respond back in a timely manner so that’s good! We were very happy with our experience! There are huge potholes on the street leading to the cabin, so watch out!
