The toilet in the master bathroom leaked. The kitchen was not fully equipped with dishes. What little utensils were there, most were broken. Nothing was organized or put together in one spot. There was only one pot and a cpl pans so cooking for Thanksgiving was difficult. The dishwasher also did not work but there was no strainer to do dishes by hand and let them dry. It did not state that we had to pay extra for the pool to be heated. If that’s how it is then after booking you should ask if we want the heater on for an extra charge . I got this place for the pool but it was too cold to use. The bbq grill had no bottom to it. Flames shot out and we had to move it. The patio had puddles of water from the rain which made it very slippery to walk on. You could tell the water had been sitting there for awhile. There’s no cover or curtain or blinds for the front door. You can see right in at all hours of the day. Shelf brackets were used to hold the outside screens together. The front porch had mold/mildew build up which made it very slippery. My mother almost fell while stepping up. Overall, I would not recommend this place and I definitely will not book it again.

Tanya was wonderfully responsive to any requests, questions, etc. Home was lovely and real relaxing for 8 of us. Would rebook if needed. Pool was cool, but it is the end of hot season in Florida. Maybe in winter time it is heated(?).

Check in was a breeze and the house was really nice other than the back added on portion with a window unit stayed really warm never got below 77. There was a leak at the base of the toilet but no big deal. The back yard could use some attention and pool chairs/ table need to be updated but overall we really enjoyed our stay. Would give 5 stars if the A/C hadn't caused two guests to stay warmer than was comfortable. Things break and that is understandable. We would book again, had a great time.

Great family location - space to spread out and a fantastic pool to enjoy. We have stayed at many VRBOs in FL and this one was fantastic! Very clean rooms, bathrooms and kitchen area. Two great living room spaces and large dining room table with an eat in kitchen. We loved the ping pong table as well. Fantastic communication allowing us to check in early - very accommodating and much appreciated.

We were visiting family in Boynton Beach. This house was perfect. It was HUGE! The pool is secluded from the neighbors view. The screened in porch keeps the bugs out. The beds are so comfortable. it has great water pressure. The fridge has ice and water. Very fancy inside and out. The landscaped yard was gorgeous and fun to walk through.

The house itself was a lot bigger than we had expected. Rooms were a little warm at night but the rest of the house was a comfortable temperature. Sunroom was soaked, however, due to a recent storm and made for a slippery walk out to the pool and grill. Overall, had a great weekend and would stay at this house again.

A lot of issues with the house. Toilet had come loose from the floor are was leaking. Shower drain broken and flooding bathroom floor. Backyard was a disaster, nothing like in the picture. The neighbor’s Rottweiler got into the yard one night because the fence is bad. It could have really been a disaster for our two dogs.

front walk was terrible. paid for heated pool but pool not heated.
No heat in front of home during cold week-end. Sunken living room extremely dangerous. I tripped going from dining room to living room and broke my ribs. Had to leave house very early as had to go home to get better medical care.

All very good except the pool (prominently shown on the listing) was full of sunken leaves and not appealing to use.

Over all house was nice and good neighborhood.
Floors were dirty and patio furniture needs replacing. Other then that it was nice. We did have a realtor stop by and said house was in foreclosure wondering if we knew how to reach owner. I would rate a 4 if house had been clean.

Great house for family
This was a great house close to many public beaches. The pool area was even nicer than the pictures. There were a couple small issues that came up but the property manager promptly addressed them. We would definitely stay there again.

The property was just as it was represented. Property owners addressed anything we contacted them about. Great neighborhood. I would stay there again and again. Great place for family vacation or friends. Thanks for a great place to get away with my family and to visit family in FL.

Clean comfortable convenient
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. Upon arrival we had a couple of minor issues. The property manager was extremely responsive and took care of them in a very timely manner. We enjoyed the pool, ping pong table and daily walks through the nice quiet neighborhood. We would definitely rent this home again.

Bird song and palm trees
We were pleasantly surprised at how incredibly clean and spacious this home was. Very conveniently located. Kitchen well equipped and plenty of towels and toiletries throughout. The beds were softer than we prefer but we still slept well. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time in the screened in patio listening to all the birds sing. We would stay here again.

There was a large living room and dining room where we spent a lot of time and the kids hung out either on the huge patio, playing ping pong, or in the den area. Because we went down for the winter months, there were only a few days where we could use the pool because it was not heated, but we did sit around it in the beautiful patio area. The backyard was like a jungle; perfect for little kids to explore and try to catch lizards! We grilled out and did a lot of walking in the neighborhood. We also rode our bikes to the beach, only a few miles away. I would definitely come back!
