Great location, ideal for cycling trips. Close to a nice small town.

Room was hot and without air conditioning. Mini bar close to the bed was very noisy.

Absolutely great breakfast. Plenty choice. Cosy restaurant with a nice scenic view. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Located in a great environment, suitable for nice walks in the woods.

The Restaurant with Surprise menus was excellent. Good wines. The service was outstanding, very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast is very good with many options and served at the table. The lady serving breakfast is very open and willing to answer questions or give ideas for activities. The bed is super with a beautiful view from the room. In our case room LUPUS, which I recommend if available. The location is perfect for access to Drents Friese Wold, a large nature reserve with excellent options for biking and walking. The hotel is close to town (Diever) at about 10-15 minutes walking. Parking is abundant and charging an electric vehicle is possible at the parking (2x AC-11kWh) A locked parking for bikes is available.

Nice new rooms with comfortable beds. The staff was excellent and really helpful and friendly. Great chef that prepares a Nordic inspired dinner! We opted for the 5-course dinner, which was great on both nights and paired with excellent wines. They perfectly accommodated the dietary requirements for my pregnant wife. The location is great, near the national parks for some great walks or other activities. Overall a great stay and we are looking forward to return in the future.

Everything is elegant and new. I loved the relaxing music and the fireplace on the tv screen that welcome us in the room. The dinner served in the hotel room was very interesting Finnish food of outstanding quality.
