Our stay was great! The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The cleaning crew made sure we had clean towels and toiletries during our stay and the staff was most helpful. The "welcome" greeting that included my name on the TV was also really thoughtful. :)

I liked the gym.

The pillows and mattress were not comfortable. The pillows need to be replaced . They felt clumpy and insignificant. This hotel charges for everything and expects top dollar for its services. The TownePlace Marriott directly in front of this hotel offers way more in terms of amenities, quality and service. I frequent the area, but I won’t be returning to the Hilton.

This property is brand new - very clean and nice. They offered breakfast and had a bar and dinner but I didn’t get the opportunity to try those. staff was very friendly and helpful.

Air didn’t work. Had to request 2x to switch rooms. House keeping was knocking at 8am.
