Posizione fantastica, senti suono delle onde e vedi tramonti spettacolari dal proprio balcone. Struttura comoda (market ristoranti bar e spiaggia sotto casa) e pulita. Bella piscina. Appartamento carino e ben attrezzato. Staff disponibile e gentile

Appartamento avrebbe bisogno di qualche piccola manutenzione (per esempio scarico doccia tende a intasarsi). Per cifra richiesta potrebbero fare pulizie e cambio lenzuola/asciugamani almeno 1 volta alla settimana. In due settimane ho fatto io pulizie e lavaggio lenzuola e asciugamani. Sarebbero piccoli accorgimenti che permetterebbero voto 10. Ah attenzione alle chiavi, se le lasci nella toppa e esci non puoi più rientrare anche se hai altro mazzo (hanno dovuto mandare fabbro a nostre spese)

**we left this accommodation after 2 nights** Hair turned green , pool chemicals out off control. Irritated eyes, stained and faded our swimwear. Unfriendly people, no children's pool, no inflatables allowed for the children, no 3rd pool, no life guard. Only choose this apartment if it's for 2 people, not suitable for 4 people, bedding on pull out bed non existent. **Residents do not like holiday makers with children** Only a bolt hole apartment. Fan was useless. Waiting to receive refund. 🙏 Checked into a GF all Inc.

was situated in a lovely location and within walking distance to all amenities handover was really easy and apartment had everything in it that was needed!! and couldn’t ask for a better view

Very quiet, clean and good facilities. Very close to the sea, lovely view from balcony. Perfect location for exploring Playa del Duque.

A safe would have been nice and a light at the entrance door to locate the keyhole.

Very central location but quiet. Superb view from balcony and you can hear the ocean at night. Very well equipped apartment. Clean complex with heated pool and very good onsite restaurant. Couple of supermarkets in walking distance. Very good communication and easy check in and checkout.

Extra or larger towel would have been nice.

The apartment is located in the Altamira complex and this location is perfect. Great pool area with 3 pools - 2 adult (one of which is heated) and 1 for kids (also heated). The door at the pool area leads almost directly to a beautiful black sand beach adjacent to one of the most famous white sand beaches in Tenerife - El Duque (which, as a result, is maybe a 100 m from the property). The apartment itself is really nice and clean. Beautiful view from the balcony (pools, ocean, La Gomera and palm trees). Don't expect a 5 star hotel (it's a holiday apartment), but the place is really comfortable. There's a washing machine. Blankets, sheets, towels, plates and cutlery are almost brand new. We found new beach toys for our 3 year old son, which was very nice.

Just some minor issues which didn't affect the overall rating: the bathtub is a little worn out - don't worry, it wasn't dirty. No dish drainer.

Location was excellent. Right on the Del Duque beach. Beautiful views over the pool area and out to sea. Lovely pool area, very neat/clean and lovely layout. The whole complex was immaculately clean and very quiet. There were lots of people there on their balconies on New Years Eve but everyone was respectful and so little noise. This is not an appartment for people who want to party and make a lot of noise - there were a lot of older residents who were enjoying a peaceful time - which was perfect for us! Fantastic little balcony - you’d never tire of the view. The apartment was cosy, very clean and had everything we needed. The washing machine was very useful. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The sun canopy over the balcony doubled as a handy rain canopy too - we had a fair bit of rain while we were there but the canopy meant we could still enjoy sitting out when it was drizzly - as it was still warm enough to enjoy the outside space. Plenty of amenities nearby - lovely bars/restaurants etc. And the beach is a 2 minute walk from the apartment.

The balcony didn’t get sun until well into the afternoon - that didn’t bother us as we just went to the pool which had full sun all day. But may be an issue for some? The oven was very small and took a while to cook anything - but for a holiday apartment it was perfectly adequate - we just gave ourselves a longer period of time to cook. A remote for the TV would’ve been handy but we still managed without. Better internet would’ve been really helpful as my husband needed internet to work while we were there. The appartment has been newly refurbished and new to the rental market, so I think the last 2 points were teething problems and will be addressed.
