The floors and countertops were very sticky had to wipe it all down when we first got there. Had trouble with unlocking front doors number in the code would not work.the floor were discussing Bottom of our feet would turn black just getting out of the shower and walk to the kitchen. Chair cushions all stained and outside grill was nasty. Also most of all the house was supposed to come with 400$of credit toward show's and activitys but Everytime I tried using them I got told they don't take them so we only got to use 100$worth .That was false advertisement. The house is a beautiful home but for the down falls we had to deal with we would have been better off staying in a hotel.What made me definitely decide to stay there was the 400$ toward entertainment and did not get it. I do expect to get my cleaning deposit back as for other then used towels in the bathtubs the house was cleaner when we left them when we arrived.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful. The community was nice and well laid out. We had 2 families in the house. 4 adults, 3 teens, 2 tweens. The house had ample space. Loved having 2 master bedrooms with private ensuites. Beds were comfortable. The location was perfect as it was in sight of both the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids liked the pickleball court, it would have been even better with lights to play in early evening. Basic supplies were provided. Would definitely stay again.

Cove Cottage was a nice new house to rent that is in a great location. However, the maintenance on the hot tub, grill and pool was very much lacking. The gas grill didn't work and after 3 days of asking them for a new gas grill, they finally got a new one and resolved that issue. However, I was scrambling to make meals as a summer vacation revolves around grilling. Also, anyone that spent time in the hot tub got something called a hot tub rash. This took over a week to go away after we came back. The indoor pool had poop in it with no one around to resolve the issue. So, that wasn't an option for my family. So, poor maintenance and upkeep seems to be an issue at this property. If this place was maintained, it could be one of the best places on the lake to rent.

Great property with easy access to fishing and entertainment.

Clean, very nice, comfortable. Games and game systems were awesome to have available. Hot tub was very nice!

This is the 2nd time for us to stay at the property. I love this home. We used the indoor pool several times during our visit. We found new things to do this year that we have not done. Top of the rock is a must. It was so pretty up there and I did jest the golf cart tour. It was my favorite

The house was very nice and spacious and it was cleaned well. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were substantial which I appreciate. Everyone enjoyed the video games. Unfortunately we were unable to use the hot tub but it was nice to have it there. The kitchen seemed pretty well supplied, but the amount of silverware could be increased. Thank you for the use of your house.

We loved this house. We loved the easy access to the property, and communication was quick and helpful when needed. Beautiful home. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful home with plenty of space for everyone!!

The home was perfect size for multiple families and still had plenty of space! We had a great stay, very clean and comfortable beds. Loved the open floor plan, lots of counter space. Also the kids enjoyed the outdoor pool and slide! It was great being super close to the marina to take a boat out. I would highly recommend this property, cannot wait to come back!

We were disappointed that the VRBO listing says that there would be a park, as management said the park will not be done until late 2021. Construction often began before 7 AM during the week. Once the community is fully complete, this will be a place we definitely return to!
