Es un lugar muy tranquilo, muy limpio y cumple con todo lo necesario para una estancia por vacaciones; la chica que te atiende es muy amable y atenta; es un lugar que recomendaría ampliamente.

L’appartement est très mal isolé on entend tout les mouvements des voisins. Le canapé lit est convenable pour une personne mais pas 2. Il manque du matériel d’hygiène.

Me pareció increíble que la chica fue inpuntual, y me cobró un suplemento de 50€, por llegar fuera de hora para el checkin, siendo ella la que llegó tarde, luego la luz de la habitación no encendía, y en mitad de la noche apagaron la calefacción y nos quedamos helados...suelo viajar bastante de esta forma y nunca hemos encontrado un servicio tan pésimo

Property was at heart of Badalona and loved that it was conversion of an old building and done to a modern standard.

Lekker rustige buurt en niet ver van het metrostation. Het appartement was niet al te groot maar wel een gezellige sfeer.

Slechte hobbelige matras! De electrische verwarmingen in iedere kamer werden tegelijk uitgeschakeld voor een bepaalde tijd wanneer een bepaalde temperatuur (ergens?) bereikt was! Verwarming op de slaapkamer maakte kloppende geluiden 's nachts. Weinig kastruimte! Zeer weinig en defect kookgerei. Deur van de badkamer schuurde over de grond. Andere deur kraakte. De verwarming van airco werkte niet, batterijen waren ook bijna op. Afstandsbediening t.v. viel bijna uit elkaar en werkte maar half.

It was in a quiet area. No noise.

The bathroom had no lock on it. I would recommend a lock-in bathroom & bath mat outside the showerroom.

There were no pictures of our apartment on the booking site. It was really dark compared to the others. We had lots of issues with the cleanliness: Bed sheets, shower, dinner table and the floor was dirty. There was gum on the desk next to the bed. (did they even wipe it?) There was no hot water for the last two days, even after the engineer supposedly fixed it. One of the fridge shelves and the shower door were broken One of the blinds in the bedroom was not closing all the way. The only compensation we requested after all of this, were extra towels (which was declined at first, since there was apparently no need for any compensation) - we got them the following day They sent someone to clean the shower and the floor on the second day, but this should all be done before a guest arrives.

The apartment had no cleaning products, hairdryer was broken, bedframe was broken, sink in kitchen was leaking, fan in bathroom was clogged with dirt. The description of apartment in booking confirmation stated that there would be a patio/terrace but this information was false. The church bells rang several times every hour 24/7. They wanted to charge us an extra 35 euros for late check-in at 19.45. When we asked for some kind of compensation for all this, they replied ”We dont agree with your complaint.” Could not recommend this apartment to anyone. 🙁🙁 Also they only gave us one set of keys for an apartment for up to 8 guests. We asked for another set of keys but they responed that it was impossible due to ”their policies”. Beds were like cement=back hurt and pore sleep.

We been, 5 person And they give towel only for 3 person, they charge you €30-€70 if you due the late check-in and also the check-out it’s very morning.

Great clean and bright apartment, in a quiet location.

- location of the appartment (within 10min. of walk to the beach, Badalona Metro station or small shop) - acceptable distance from the Barcelona centre 45min. by metro or train - bright and spacious appartment with open attic space hosting 3 beds, as a family of 6 it suited our needs - two tables and 6 chairs - fridge and kitchenware available - coffee maker for ground coffee/steamed coffee - wifi/internet working smoothly - we liked that Badalona as a part of Barcelona was not as overcrowded as the centre of Barcelona - a sand beach Platja de Pescadors was not crowded, lined with nearby restaurants arround beach ring

@BOOKING.COM: we did not like to be misleaded by being promised an option of a free taxi transfer from the airport for 6 persons before booking which turned to have dissapeared after we made a reservation :( After seeking for a customer support, there was no clear instruction sent by a chat neither a proper explanation what to do. We called a customer support +441618508875 (29.05.2023) but they could not resolve the situation instantly and promised to send and instruction by e-mail. However, no information was sent to us and we had to resolve the transfer by ourselves at last. @Vila Badalona We liked our stay and from this perspective we express few suggestions for improvement: 1. wooden timbers in the attic are easy to be struck by a head when climbing the stairs or opening the roof window (eventhough labeled with a reflective strip) Suggestion: a piece of foam used for water pipes or warning sign 2. bathroom door cannot be secured due to a keyless door design (Suggestion: use of thumb turn/door bolt) 3. washing maschine not tight- due to problem with a seal water seriously leaking out throught the front window, we had to collect the water during the washing process, Suggestion: door seal should be fixed, otherwise a great risk of fludding and damaging your furniture when leaving unattended) 4. One bed downstairs had a missing wooden rib in the middle which had an impact on sleeping (Suggestion: supply a wooden rib or at add least any piece of wood that will help for sure.

The Internet did not work, the apartment was cold, especially in the bathroom. There is only one pot in the kitchen, so if you cook something, you cann't drink some tea.

PLEASE AVOID!! SCAM of a PLACE. Only thing going for the place was that it was 5 mins from the metro, 10 mins walk to the train station and beach. Flooring throughout the apartment was dirty, hadn't been mopped. PLEASE AVOID!!. Firstly, their check-in process was abysmal. I arrived in Barcelona just after 4PM. I tried contacted them via phone twice(answered, both times met with silence), sent numerous messages via booking app(no response) and finally via email asking them to respond to my messages to so can check in(AGAIN FAILED TO RESPOND). In the end, I contacted BOOKING Customer services, all stressed, they said they would contact Vila Badalona for refund and arrange alternative accommodation, Vila Badalona immediately responded saying they would be there in 10 minute(just after 8PM). I guess money Talks. All I can say thank goodness there was a cafe down the street for me to wait with my baggage. A lady on moped(not the owner) would arrive to check me in just after 8pm, would you believe they had the cheek to ask for late check-in fee of 35euros. I refused to pay this fee, as they failed to respond to any of my messages and wasted my time having to hours to check in. I paid the city tax and reluctantly made the 150euros deposit for the apartment, lady had mentioned this would be refunded back 5 days after checking out. Gut Feeling, I knew there would be issues getting my deposit back (see reviews on Google had enough time to read them properly as they had me waiting for hours) I had expressed my concerns to the booking.com customer service agent who was still on the phone during the check in process. Vila Badalona had contacted me via booking messaging, saying they were having issues refunding the deposit back to my account, and told me to contact my bank with the error message. I contact my Bank, they clearly stated there's no issues with my account and VILA BADALONA(CHARMS APARTMENTS) have not made any attempts to send refund.

I contacted my Bank, they clearly stated there's no issues with my account and VILA BADALONA(CHARM APARTMENTS) have not made any attempts to send refund. I asked them send the refund again, which they responded requesting my swift number so they can make international payment, I gave them the details and guess what they STOPPED RESPONDING AGAIN. After contacting them numerous time, I contacted booking.com customer service, they would later tell me they had held they deposit due as I "smoked throughout the stay, leaving the entire flat unbreathable. The damages were on the curtains which had to be washed out and the pillows which they had to throw away from the master bedroom." **IMPOSSIBLE AS I DO NOT SMOKE. THEY HAVE USED THE SAME EXACT EXCUSE TO SCAM PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR DEPOSITS** One minute they telling you contact your bank as they having issues to refunding the deposit, they will make international payment(OBVIOUSLY MORE LIES) then just totally ignore you. They will create LIES in order to keep the deposit. Booking tried had contacting twice since, guess what they aren't responding to them either. All I can say is to AVOID booking VILA BADALONA and any other apartment that falls under "CHARMS APARTMENTS" as they will keep hold your deposit. I made the mistake not reading the reviews properly before booking this place- AVOID
