Had a great stay here. The location was great for the beach as well as exploring the rest of the outer banks. We would definitely stay here on a return trip.

This place is a beautiful hidden gem! Just the right size for the 3 of us. Great Communication with the host if I had a question and having chairs, umbrella and a cooler for the beach available made packing for our road trip easier.
Has a cute deck in back that we enjoyed hanging out in the morning and drying our beach towels and suits over night. Close to the beach, Wright Memorial and places to go out to eat.
Great location!Nice quiet neighborhood off the main drag.

First and foremost the hosts were incredibly helpful and informative and very quick to respond to messages. Secondly the home was spotless upon and arrival and everything as exactly as advertised. Well appointed with everything you need for a relaxing beach getaway. The beds are crazy comfortable too. 5 out of 5 stars and will definitely stay at more East Coast Host properties!

We had a lovely time at this property and got some much needed rest and relaxation. The apartment is very cozy, well maintained, and we found ourselves feeling very much at home. The host was very clear about what amenities were included, which was helpful, and the kitchen was stocked with all necessary pots/pans/silverware and bakeware. Check-in and check-out were seamless in large part due to the timely emails/instructions which were sent out. Prime location -- close to the beach and all the attractions of OBX. Loved that the hosts provided recommendations on places to eat and area attractions. Note, this property is on a second level without elevators. We didn't find this to be a problem but flagging for anyone who may have difficulty with stairs. Thank you and we hope to visit again in the future.

My 1st time coming to the OBX for my birthday weekend and it didn't disappoint. The condo was in a quiet neighborhood, with friendly neighbors and a short drive to the beach (two blocks over). There was a mix up with a cooler that was supplied by the condo, but when I sent a text to the property manager, I received a quick response and the matter was fixed within the hour, great communication! I already said I will be utilizing one of the other properties next birthday because I will be back. Until next year! :)

The property was exactly as described and very clean. The beach is only a couple of blocks away, but it easier to drive so that the beach equipment provided by the host can be utilized. We would definitely visit any property hosted by the owner again. A plus experience for us!

The house had everything we needed for a wonderful first time vacation to the Outer Banks. It was spotlessly clean and the owner was very responsive to our questions. Great location central to all we were interested in seeing in the area.

As first-time visitors to OBX, this apartment was perfect. Clean, quiet neighborhood, close to Wright Brothers Memorial, maintained beaches, good restaurants. It is midway between the northern and southern ends of the coastal barrier. If you don't have a large vehicle, take an easy-assemble sun tarp for the beach, instead of planning to use the large beach umbrella provided. Be sure to visit the 4 lighthouses, the sunset at NC Grill in Duck, the coffee shop in the plaza nearby, and breakfast at Stack Em High.

Fantastic host and rental
The host was an absolute pleasure to work with. Communication was top notch. Artim made sure that you felt like you could reach out for absolutely anything. All communication was clear and concise. The rental was exactly as advertised with more complementary items than any other place we have stayed. The neighborhood was very quiet and not far from anything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again. Couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Perfect space for the weekend
The communication from the owner was phenomenal leading up to our stay. It was a very clean and comfortable apartment with a lovely back deck for morning coffee nestled in the trees. After a day at the beach it was a welcome retreat.

Relaxation and adventure by the sea
We loved having a place to unwind and chill after our OBX adventures with the ocean, dolphin cruise, sand dunes, horses of Corolla. To have a peaceful home away from home with a deck and screened in porch was perfect so we could each unwind in the space we preferred. The bedrooms and decor were excellent. The living room sofa with blankets and large TV awesome. The kitchen and coffee set up made it better than a hotel! Thank you for being an awesome host!

Wonderful hidden gem
This was a perfect apartment. Stayed for a few days with my husband and 7 year old. Fantastic location. Easy to find in a nice quiet neighborhood. Great restaurants nearby and the beach was not far and there is a ton of public access. Apartment was very nice and very clean. Easy check in and clean up. We will definitely stay again when we come back to the OBX.

A Great Weekend Getaway!
First time using VRBO and it did not disappoint! We booked this place last minute and it was the perfect weekend getaway to wind down and de-stress. This place was clean and neat, just as the pictures show! Artim was very attentive and communicative during the entire process, which made our experience that much more personable. Great spot in KDH just minutes from the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Thank you for opening up your beautiful home to us. 5 out of 5, would definitely recommend!

Perfect weekend getaway!!
Home was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen well stocked. Location was convenient to everywhere. We had an enjoyable weekend of relaxing and some site seeing. Back deck is great for looking at the stars or drinking your morning coffee. Private and quiet. Loved it and will be back.

Long Weekend Get-Away
Last minute booking for an impromptu long weekend in the OBX. Absolutely loved the apartment. Was very welcoming and comfortable. The host, Artim, was friendly, prompt, and responsive.

We expected property to be nicer. Pictures don't accurately depict the need for repairs, painting, and removal of mildew smell. All of our clothes smelled of mildew as a result of stay. I had to wash, even clean clothes, everything.

Great quick getaway
This was by far the best property management. Artim was always prompt to respond, went above and beyond to make our stay the best- the perfect host! Neighborhood was great with a nice little coffee and wine shops near by. The property was very well organized with clear directions. We will be back!

Everything about our experience was perfect. The home very well kept, clean, organized, flow, location, and quiet community. Very close drive to the beach with plenty of public access points to chose from. The only thing we needed to enjoy our stay more was time, it went way too fast.

Property was in great condition, very clean and decorated nicely. Communication was excellent throughout the process and it made check-in very easy. The location was awesome, restaurants and activities were close and easy to access. We’d definitely stay here again in the future.
