We don't like the room no toilet. The toilet is public. No water.

The staff is not nice and not friendly

The staff is very accommodating, room is quite fair enough for the price we pay, we like the smart TV as we can play YouTube unlike other hotels who only supports cable channels, lastly the wifi is fast and able to browse social media.

What we didn't like about this property is the curtain, it's not the exact width as the window so we are partially visible outside, the mat is not cotton or not water absorbing type, they did not provide extra pillow, it's exactly for 2 guest only, the blanket provided is too thin and there is an insect crawling when we check-in.

Staffs are warm, friendly and supportive.

No room service, so much damage within the building (leaks, floods every floor). So much ants and insects everywhere

I am amazed that the property turned out to be really nice. The staff was really accommodating. It has the basic things for your stay and I didn't have any problems with their internet connection too which was very important for my work.

I am quite happy with my stay. I wasnt expecting much but I had a good stay. facilities are decent and the room is tidy and comfortable. It is not located in the main road but it was hard to navigate the property.

I couldnt find anything i dont like since my expectations were met.

Its a really nice hotel with approachable and nice staffs and its actually accessible even though its not located on the main road. Its quiet and they have good wifi connection I even had my online meeting with no intermittent connection at all. Kudos to all the management and staffs. Will definitely return to this hotel☺
