The house had everything we needed for a family of 16. Kitchen was fully stocked with small appliances, dinnerware, serving platters, pots and pans I could go on. Exactly what we had hoped for. The kids had a blast in the pool and pool maintenance was there a couple of times during the week. This was our first trip all together and we already made reservations for 2 weeks next year. Location is fantastic!

Unit is in a great location as far as access to the beach and the main part of garden city. However, it is on a fairly busy street. Trash people came 3 times in the week we were there, all before 6am. The house had several things broken and dirty when we arrived. Beds were comfortable and sleeping arrangements worked for our group.

This place left a lot to be desired. The house was filthy, yard wasn’t maintained, pool wasn’t clean, and pool area was full of trash. The Dunes Property management was helpful in getting things done on the back end, but it would have been nice if it had been done before we arrived.

We had a wonderful time. Great view of the ocean for house location. Spacious bedrooms with a lot of drawer and closet space. Hot tub is not working. It is listed as a spa which was a little confusing. Air conditioner broke while during our stay but maintenance had it fixed in no time. Very clean and comfortable for our family ❤️

Worked well for us. Is a nice house and good location and nice pool. But a few Issues - no one swept under the beds or the coffee table. There were loads of doggie toys left behind by other guests and dust bunnies. Note that a spa is NOT a hot tub - management educated me to this! Lights around pool are on a short timer - someone has to keep going out the fence to turn the dial if you sit there for any length of time. Not very relaxing. Also no power outlets at pool so can't take echo to listen to music. The dishwasher was broken - they had one on order it was to arrive the day we checked out. Management did provide a small discount for the inconvenience of having to hand wash dishes. Owner left golf cart in first parking spot blocking the whole row - just seemed rude that it was not pulled to last parking space under the house out of everyone's way.
