We LOVED the location of this house ON THE BEACH and in a quiet neighborhood! There's the sound of the waves crashing and it's just a short, steep climb over the dunes to the uncrowded beach. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped for cooking. There are lots of towels, and extra blankets and pillows. There is a closet full of games and puzzles, plus a shelf full of books. Really, the only issue we had was getting into the house. The electric deadbolt is finicky. While Vacasa was quick to answer our phone call, the information we were given wasn't helpful in getting the door open. In fact, one thing we were told to try was a special code that indicated that the batteries needed to be replaced. After waiting over an hour, a nice maintenance man showed up to help us 'unstick' the door. I would suggest an extra security lock on the main door (like hotels have). Except for one window, the bedrooms were equipped with room darkening roller shades, which is nice on vacation. There are some minor maintenance issues that need attention. The ice maker needs to be fixed. There's a sign indicating it's broken and some ice trays in the freezer. Who wants to spend their vacation refilling ice trays every day? Where the carpet meets the laminate upstairs, the tack strip is exposed and hurts feet. Porch furniture could be updated for more comfort. The one rocking seat was nice. Overall, a great house in a wonderful location with beautiful views. Open the kitchen window and a porch door, and there's a great cross breeze. If you want to feel like you live at the beach since you can go back and forth between the house and beach at leisure without having to drive, this is a great option!

This house was amazingly clean, you could eat off the floors. The location directly on the beach was fantastic. The location on the beach was peaceful and private. The view of the ocean was unobstructed. We saw as many as 20 dolphin passing at one time. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and utensils. There are plenty of board games, and books for family use. The online description is very accurate. W highly recommend this home, and would love to stay here again.

NICEST HOME THAT WE HAVE EVER RENTED! VERY COMFORTABLE HIGH QUALITY FURNITURE - BEDDING ALL FIRST CLASS - GOOD BEACH ACCESS - NICE NEIGHBORHOOD - ONLY DRAWBACK WAS THAT THE OVERHEAD KITCHEN LIGHT WAS VERY DIM MAKING THE KITCHEN SOMEWHAT DARK -

The house itself was nice and beach access was fantastic. We had issues with management not communicating with us when we had issues with the house. The washing machine was broken and we were not contacted with any updates on whether it would be fixed for the remainder of the trip.

Nice clean home with a few minor maintainer issues. New deck furniture. Would stay again.

Couldn’t beat the views or the location for the price

The best thing about this house is the view. The deck is a perfect place for coffee in the morning and drinks and snacks in the afternoon, The kitchen was well-equipped, if not well-lit. We also loved the extra table, so we had one for dining and one for puzzling.

The location is superb and the house comfortable.

Easy access to the beach. House is clean no bed bugs. Ocean front home with a great view. Kitchen well stocked. Needs a few more comfortable chairs on top deck. Gas Bar-B-Q would be nice. Market is nearby Neighbors were quiet and friendly

This home was clean and comfortable. The layout was perfect for my family of 5 and the kitchen was well suited for cooking meals in while there. It reminded me of the quiet beach homes of my childhood. Nothing super fancy, but obviously well cared for and located in a great quiet neighborhood.

The view of the beach was awesome. The house was very nice, well furnished, and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. I enjoyed the quick walk over the dunes to enjoy the beach.

Six adults had plenty of room... bathrooms were adequate. Not too many stairs. Kitchen was well equipped. Linen and towels were a plus.

Pretty much your typical beach house. 4 bedroom and 2 1/2 baths. Kitchen was nice and roomy and had everything you need to cook a nice meal. Only drawback was no outdoor power lift for taking bags to second and third floor. Lots of steps.

Very nice house! Spacious well equipped kitchen. Large family room. Comfy beds! Didn’t grill , it was outside in the driveway and charcoals not our thing. Overall very satisfied!!!
