This is our 3rd time staying in the Grand Pavilion area in Wild Dunes and our first time at this house. We loved this house. It is perfect and close to everything you could need. The host and house manager were extremely responsive. We would definitely go back!

We had a great time. The house was perfect and located close to beach, pools, restaurants and ice cream. The house is directly on the boardwalk and the drinks at the Beachside Burgers and Bar were great.

We have been coming to Wild Dunes for summer vacation for 12 years and must say that this property is our absolute favorite.
We have already booked it for next year and can't wait to return.
Everything about this property was wonderful. It was clean, updated, and convenient to everything we wanted to do while we were there.
The ONLY comment that we had (and it certainly is a tiny one) is that one of the beds - in the upstairs bedroom, on the left - squeaks loudly to the point that it woke my daughter up every time she moved in bed. She wound up moving to the couch on the third night so that she and her sister (in the other bed in the same bedroom) could get some sleep. Maybe a little WD30 could help?

Wonderful property close to all the amenities of Wild Dunes. Great communication and easy check in. Will have to go back to this property again.

Loved the house! Was in a great location - close to the beach, pool, and beach bar/restaurant. Liked the fact there was a cart and chairs for the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked! Living area and bedrooms were great!

The home is lovely in a great location. With 3 toddlers it was extremely convenient to everything - pool, ocean and shops. Everything you need they supplied - from fully stocked kitchen to lots of beach equipment. The owner and property manager, Amy were extremely responsive and made sure all needs were met. We would love to return. Very much enjoyed our week at WD.

Beautiful home. We had fun even though it rained and was windy two days. Finally got on the beach the third day. Thanks for an enjoyable visit. We would stay here again. 🙂

The house was very nice and clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to cook your meals. The two updated bathrooms were very nice. The location was great with a short walk to beach and also short walk to sweetgrass Inn where there’s some restaurants. We enjoyed the beachside bar. It was nice to have beach chairs, a cart and umbrellas in the carport area. One umbrella was broken and maybe the other one as well. We stayed this past June, so maybe by this time there are new ones. The tv downstairs in the living room also wasn’t working too great, I think it was the service, but in general tv was hard to navigate. Overall it was a nice stay and would return to this location. Dealing with the property manager was easy.

We travel to Wild Dunes every Summer while we attend a National Dance Competition. This is been our favorite place so far! The house was clean and in a great location!

After 15 years of returning to Wild Dunes for our annual girls trip, we finally found the perfect home! Advance to Boardwalk is in the perfect location! Close to pool, beach, restaurants, coffee shops, and bars! You NEVER have to leave the complex! Everything is within walking distance. The beautiful row home is fully equipped with all of the comforts of home! The owners have thought of everything down to beach equipment and beach towels!
In addition to the above, the home has 2 renovated baths and a fully stocked kitchen!
Both the owner, Jessica and property manager, Amy were extremely responsive and followed up to ensure all of our needs were met!
We cannot wait to return!

We spent a girls weekend at this property and things could not have been better. It is a lovely home in a fantastic location. Checking in was a breeze and the house had absolutely everything we could need. We did not cook much but the kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you would need to make a gourmet meal...dishes, glasses, serving pieces, utensils, etc. The proximity to the beach and the pool was phenomenal. Just a few steps out the back door and it is all right there. And they had everything you would need...chairs, towels, wagon, sand toys, boogie board, etc. Easy 30 minute drive into Charleston. We are already planning to return!

Great location on the Grand Pavilion boardwalk minutes to the beach. Check in seamless. Property manager Amy very responsive and able to resolve minor issues quickly. Property extremely clean, kitchen well stocked and overall decor attractive.

Great family getaway
The house was a great location. The property was clean and dealing with property manager was a breeze. The only downside was that the 1 of the 2 pools was under construction and not useable and there were never clean towels at the pool ( all out of the control of owners).

Thanks! The house was perfect for our family. We were a little disappointed that crews were remodeling the boardwalk and one of the pools was closed. But they seemed to be working quickly so hopefully this construction won't interrupt others.

Great Family Vacay
This is a great property. The furnishings are all up to date and do not show any signs of rental wear and tear. The master bed mattress was extremely comfortable. Kitchen was furnished very well. The only drawback was there is no BIG 10 network on TV and no way to access it. Also the TVs in bedrooms were streaming only and no way to get network channels.

Fantastic beach getaway
We enjoyed our beach weekend at the beautiful boardwalk resort. The house was spacious and clean. The resort exceeded our expectations with multiple beachside pools, restaurants and markets. It was the perfect getaway vacation. We did not have to leave the resort.

Fantastic!
Booked a long weekend for 6 best girlfriends and we could not have been happier with our stay. Great property! The short walk down to the beach was very convenient. Having beach chairs available was a plus. Easy commute to Charleston. Overall a fantastic booking!

Perfect long weekend!!
We stayed for 5 nights over Labor Day Weekend. The location is perfect in Wild Dunes! It’s a 2 minute walk to the beach, pool or bars/restaurants at Seagrass and Boardwalk. The owner and property manager are super friendly and responsive. My family truly enjoyed our stay and none of us wanted to leave this morning!! We would book again without hesitation. Thank you!

Excellent property
We have been to Wild Dunes 20+ times and have stayed all over the property on the ocean side. This Boardwalk property "Advance to Boardwalk" was perfect. Everything was in great order and clean. We love the location right on the boardwalk. Check in, communication with property manager, etc. was excellent. This property will not disappoint!!!

A great property!
Advance to Boardwalk is a beautiful home with great amenities. The location in Wild Dunes can’t be beat and our family truly enjoyed our time there. The property was very clean, the owners and property manager were easily accessible and great to work with.

Perfect Spring Break Rental!
We loved our stay at the Advance to Boardwalk property. Everything is as described and better: very generous sized bedrooms/bathrooms, very clean and a wonderful location. The communication with Amy, the concierge was top touch. We can’t wait to come back!

Clean House, Great Location!
Our family loved staying here! The location to the beach and pools is super convenient! It looks as pictured and was very clean upon arrival. Christie was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We plan on staying here again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was very clean and the bedroom/bathroom layout for perfect for our family. With 5 adults, we all had our own space. Great access to beach and other activities. Highly recommend!

Nice Wild Dunes Boardwalk Location!
Everything with the house was great. Most of resort Itself was shut down due to covid so it wasn’t the resort vacation we were used to but the house was fine and in a nice location on the boardwalk with an easy walk to beach. We have been to Wild Dunes 30+times. This is our second time staying at this property and would again.

Wonderful stay!

Great beach property
Overall we enjoyed this property. The proximity to the beach is wonderful. Our family was getting together to celebrate a birthday and to explore Charleston.
Pros: property was clean and had amenities such as towels, dishes, etc. Boardwalk was no more than 150 yards to the beach. There were plenty of games in the living room which was a nice touch.
Cons: not very close to Charleston downtown and historical district. There are not many places near by to dine (was told it’s off season) and many restaurants within the resort are closed.

Celebrating the end of summer
We come to Wild Dunes every year and always try to stay at Grand Pavilion. This home was perfect! Clean, comfortable beds, lots of bath towels, dishes, etc. Only down side was the stores and restaurants had already closed for the season.

Location, Location!
This house was in the perfect location for Wild Dunes. We were steps from the Beach Bar, pools, & beach. Also steps from the boardwalk ice cream shop- which my kids loved! This house had the perfect set-up for my family (3 bed/ 3 bath). We had a great relaxing beach vacation.
