The only issue is the washer. It's very loud, probably need someone to look at it. Overall, it's a very nice place.

We had to clean a couple of things once we got there, but overall had a wonderful stay! Convenient location, wonderful and kind staff, easy pool and beach access. We loved the room! Very comfortable

This was a great family getaway. Loved how close we were to the beach. Towel situation could have been better front desk was constantly out. Having to wait for pool towels Pots and and pans could use a refreshing. But other wise great place to stay with a huge family.

Best stay in Myrtle yet

The place is clean. Staff are friendly and made us feel welcome. Spent time fishing from the shore, playing on the beach and everyone loved the many inside and outside pools and hot tubs. Felt very secure with their security guard walking around to make sure everyone was safe and no one was too unruly.

One of the very few good things about this unit and property is the close proximity to the ocean.

Our family decided to do something different for Thanksgiving this year. Great choice! Our unit was nice and clean everything was in place. It was just enough space for everyone. We h a blast! No complaints.

Room looks nothing like the picture !!! They did a huge upgrade in the apartment !!! The floors/carpet could get a deep cleaning because our socks was black but other than that I will be back.

I really enjoyed my time at Bay Watch motel. When I arrived everyone was very nice, the room was clean and I enjoyed the view. I really can say, this was the best vacation I had in years and I will be back in the near future.

One of the best resorts for kids and teens with the multiple pools, hot tubs, and lazy river. Love the set up of the resort and how all rooms are ocean front. Easy check in with just steps to parking garage. Friendly staff. Will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved the Baywatch. The location is convenient, the condo was clean, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Maintenance was prompt when we had an issue with the toilet. The Baywatch comes with many amenities, including free dvd rentals, free mini golf daily, multiple pools both indoor and outdoor. We would definitely stay here again.

Check in was fine, lady was very friendly. Room was visibly clean from trash and dust but needs a lot of updating. The living room sofa and chairs were dirty and need replacing, we bought sheets to cover so we could sit on them. We thought the dinette chairs had a marble finish but it was actually dirt that came off when wiped with sanitizing cloths. The microwave was rusted and peeling on the inside and the counter tops were old and chipped. All in all, its just time for an update from the old, original contents of the condo considering that it is was the same rate as the other updated 3bed/3bath units.

While the unit itself is ‘nice’, and the view amazing, the owners need to replace the furniture. The couch is listed as luxurious. It is NOT. It is old and very uncomfortable. It is like sitting on the floor. The unit has two side chairs, both are terribly uncomfortable, as well. The beds, ALL six of them are squeaky. You can’t get in or out of them without making noise. Some of them, sleeping together is impossible! You roll towards the middle. Sadly, in the evening, we used our beach chairs in the unit to sit on. The dining room table and chairs are originals, they were in the unit when it was built. I know, I used to own a unit, in Baywatch. At least give it a coat of paint! They’re very worn and dirty. The kitchen cupboards are all peeling and absolutely show their age. There weren’t a lot of dishes, or silverware for the six of us. One frying pan, and I never did find a cookie sheet. The basics, the egg flipper, vegetable peeler, knives, all unusable. We had to run the dishwasher everyday. Hardly well stocked. The stove, only two burners worked. All in all, while the basic unit is nice, the extras that the owners have control over, were in need of upgrades and replacements. I sincerely would not call this luxurious by any stretch, and until the owners make some well needed changes, I would not stay in this unit again.

The complex is nice. Numerous pools, hot tubs, access to beach are all positives. The parking situation needs improvement. When renting a 3 bedroom condo, there should be allotted 3 parking spots not 2. When the condo says it will accommodated 12-13 people, there should be enough dishware for that number. The condo itself needs new furniture - beds are squeaky, sofa bed hard and furniture itself needs to be cleaned. The staff at the complex were all very nice, pleasant and accommodating. I would go back for the people and the amenitities but not rent the same condo.

Rooms were clean. Location to beach was excellent. We had a great stay.

My family loved this place we booked for an additional night. The kids loved the pool and the beach options. We were able to cook some meals with a full kitchen or order in. It was more than enough space for my family of 10. We will definitely return!

Nothing! Room 0917 in the middle tower was filthy, all of the furniture was stained, nothing like the description. I wish I was able to post photos that I had taken of the entire dump! I was able to forward all photos to Stephanie J at infoatvacasa.com, I have yet to hear back! When I spoke to her she offered $100.00 discount and she admitted she hadn't even looked at the photos. I asked her to please look at them then call me back and tell me honestly would she stay there??? No return call! Make sure you bring Lysol Spray, and Lysol wipes to disinfect unit! Kitchen cabinets falling apart, dried urine around base and under toilet seats, never dusted, found garbage under end tables, splatter of something (puke most likely) down front of MB bathroom tub, splatter down side of same bathrooms cabinet next to toilet, floors were filthy, the kitchen refrigerator was rusty, stove was disgusting, caked on crap around handle of refrigerator door, refrigerator was at the best 60 degrees, had maintenance look at it, the guy turned the knob said if it didn't cool down they would replace it. Dryer took 4 to 5 times to dry clothes, the curtains were so gross, the back sides were rotting. Tried to use the joke of a vacuum it spit crap out so that was useless! The elevators kept breaking down, at one break down my sister in law and I looked down and a knife was holding the door open while a repair man was in it's interior underneath trying to fix it. The pool area was left with trash all over at the end of the day, I never saw so many dental floss tooth picks, food smashed into the patio area, at one point I witnessed someone throwing garbage over the balcony. The pool staff was out early sweeping the crap up. The place says NO SMOKING, what another joke, unlimited free second hand pot smoke is very abundant! The absolute worst resort! The photos that are used to advertise this place are misleading, the description of the place is NOT accurate and 100% FALSE! PLEASE do not stay here! Oh I Forgot to mention the cockroaches (we think - googled the photo) my daughter found the last day, I mentioned it to the front desk and the very nice woman said "well this goes with the territory and climate down here!" We are home from this God forsaken dump, I've washed everything in HOT water and showered twice! If it was up to me I would have left the day of arrival and never looked back!
