The room was perfect as far as space. The things needed. Kids enjoyed the pool. One of the TVs did not work. The housekeeping was not up to par. Dirty sheets & pillow cases. Hair everywhere. Stuff on the walls.

Needs a good deep cleaning and slot of updating. Beds not comfortable. Broken items had to be fixed. (Once reported maintenance fixed them as best they could.) Couch is uncomfortable because it sinks badly in the middle. There is a notice on the kitchen bar area that says an update is coming . My group would not stay in this unit again until we know the updates have been completed. The property amenities are great though. We enjoyed the variety of pools and spas. We even got to witness a beach wedding that took place right in front of the pool areas.

This place was perfect for six women for the weekend. We each had our own bed and having three full bathrooms made getting ready a breeze. Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed this room and building. The location is great in North Myrtle. This place is great for families. Loved all the pools and hot tubs. Room was very clean and arranged nicely.

Our experience was amazing. The resort had so many amenities for everyone the beach views are breathtaking. There was enough space for everyone to enjoy themselves. We’ll definitely be back for many more family vacations.

I would definitely recommend it and will come back soon.

This place was extremely nice. Lots of room. Every kind of dish, pot or pan imaginable. Very clean, lovely view. Pools galore. Easy check in and check out. On site restaurant and bar. Awesome place to stay.

Great place. Clean. Tons of room. Amenities are plentiful. Pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs & not to mention literally on the beach. Would love to return.

The room was very neat and clean, the view was absolutely amazing. You can watch the sunrise right from the balcony. All the amenities, pools, hot tubs, beach access EVERYTHING was awesome!!

1017 was in the middle tower on the 20th floor. We had a great view of the beach. The room was clean for the most part. It had dishes and pots and pans as well as a washer and dryer. It was spacious. The bedrooms were a littler smaller than expected but they worked out fine. The resort is in a nice area and had so much to offer. The elevators worked and not a long wait. My kids loved they could buy ice cream at the little gift shop. The front desk was super nice and accommodating. We used a lot of towels!! It was a little dated (the door was hard to open and close. The lights in the bathrooms would sometimes go out. Overall great experience and no complaints. I would suggest looking into those lights switches and that front door.

This hotel was nice but unfortunately a lot of events that made our stay uncomfortable. The first is the beds are very small and uncomfortable they squeak when you sit on them. The hotel isn’t offering cleaning services because of COVID but it you ask for a towel or even a mop to maintain clean it seems impossible to obtain. Furthermore the sink some how is connected to the dish washer, we called to get it fixed because it got stuck without us knowing until we ran into a big puddle of water. Maintenance did arrive quickly but fixed it partially because the next day it was the same story. At one point the washer, dryer and one of the bedroom lights didn’t work. They also fixed it. It was sooo many maintenance things that can be improved. The thing i liked is we had assistance with our luggage since the parking is across the street. The staff was polite.
