Very clean & cozy. Only issue was that we found the coffee carafe was broken, and no replacement was offered or provided. Also, the dryer kept turning off after about 5 minutes of drying. An 11:00 checkout seems to be the standard & would be preferred.WWonfee

What a fantastic vacation house. Lots of room to chill with the family. Kitchen is full sized and well stocked. We don’t have young children anymore but it’s well stocked with kid dishes ,pack n play and high hair. Wagon and sand toys for the beach. Our three teens had space to spread out and chillax on the enrormous family couch and the ping pong table in the garage was a plus. The house is very clean and bright. Thank you for sharing your space with others to enjoy.

I loved the comfort of this home and how close it is to walk to the beach. It had all of the essentials and more! We will definitely stay again in the near future.

This is the 3rd year we have stayed at this property. Each year the owner has improved the basic amenities. We will return again next year.

Very comfortable beds and couch. Loved the gas fireplace for chilly days/nights. Good lighting, lots of hooks to hand towels and lots of space to store clothes.

This property was beautiful! Clean and comfortable. It was a little short on kitchen supplies, but we made do.
Read the binder!! We took the long way to the beach until we read the binder, directions were easy, I'm glad we read it because we were able to view a gorgeous sunset. I would definitely stay there again!

Open and airy house was clean and comfortable. Photos implied access to beach but there was not. Too far to walk to the beach from the house. That was a disappointment.
The second bath is across the entire house and really a utility bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay, the home was adorably decorated and filled with all the amenities we would need. I loved that I didn’t have to pack a pack n play or high chair. We played ping pong and enjoyed the walks to the beach and out to eat. Appreciated the walking maps provided. The only critique I have would be to stock some coffee for the keurig, there was only tea provided. But we used them and enjoyed them anyway! Thanks for the wonderful experience, we hope to be back soon!

The house was amazing, very clean and big. Close to the beach, close to the bars and restaurants, but at the same time you felt you where alone on the planet. We didn’t really want to leave……

This house was great for our family of 4. Lots of living space, open kitchen. I'm giving it 4 star review because the beds were too soft and the kitchen was not well stocked with dishware, no pyrex dishes and other basic kitchen things that allow for preparation of meals.

Had a family emergency and wasn’t reimbursed for it. Was aweful and now I have doctor bills to pay for.

This house was absolutely stunning. Everything was clean and there weee lots of amenities like the beach chairs, bikes and grill. I had a wonderful time here would come back and recommend staying here

Too bad it's not clean
Soft beds, cute decor, and short walk to the beach - only trouble is house wasn't clean. There was a strong body odor smell in the living area; ants in the kitchen, dining, bathroom; dirty floors throughout with crumbs, sand, hair; and overall dusty living room. We notified Vacasa and they did nothing to resolve.

Great Pacific City Vacation Home!
Surfbird was a perfect home for our family of three to gather at for a relaxing holiday at Pacific City. The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and a very short walk to the beach.

It's a very close drive to Cape Kiwanda and whatever else in town that you might want to visit. One slightly negative comment is that we did not know how to use the shower head in the main bathroom. We had to google it HAHA. But if you find yourself in a similar situation, pull down on the tip of the bottom water spout to turn on the shower.

Everything we needed
We love Pacific City! This was a great location and the perfect house to stay in. In walking distance to the beach, restaurants and store. They had all the extras in the house that we were looking for, bike, games, puzzles, wifi, kitchen basics - they even had a Ping-Pong table in the garage. We'll be back!

Comfy and Cozy
This house was clean and comfy. The couch was great and provided plenty of room for our family of 4 to relax. While not a large house, with no yard or outdoor covered area, the garage was nice for keeping sand outside and for unpacking/packing the car.

Loved staying at this house. It was clean, had a great kitchen for cooking, and plenty of amenities. I also loved having the French press available as well as the electric water pot and tea for the Keurig. I already recommend this place to many of my friends! Our power did got out while there, some instructions on how to reboot the WiFi might be helpful--"In the event of a power outage do this..." sort of thing. The WiFi took a while to reboot. Thanks for the lovely space to relax.
