We just returned from a WONDERFUL stay at this truly beautiful townhouse with amenities and location that made for a fabulous Rocky Mountain getaway! Our family had plenty of space to spread out and relax. and it was non-stop views out of every window - wow! The location is minutes to practically anywhere you want to be in Grand County ...from the base at Winter Park to the gorgeous lakes in Granby and Grand Lake to the RMNP. We enjoyed a week of hiking, fly fishing and golf, too, with the townhome situated directly across from the 5th and 6th holes at Grand Elk Golf Course. It's nice, too, to be walking distance to the City Market grocery. We enjoyed sitting out in the evenings and stargazing on the large deck off the living room, a great place to relax and take in the views after a busy day! Tom, the homeowner, was helpful and responsive and the home is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything needed. From check in to check out, the process was smooth and easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Excellent new property in a great location. The use of space with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms plus a 1/2 bath on the main floor is laid out well. The home is properly decorated with high quality furnishings. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook and serve homemade meals. There are plenty of good restaurants if you want to skip cooking. The dishwasher makes clean up easy with ultra quiet operation. The full size washer and dryer makes for easy laundry time. The heated two car garage will keep your car toasty on the cold winter days. Any month will provide numerous opportunities for fun and outdoor activities. Reach out to Tom to book your trip.

Don't hesitate to rent this beautiful home. We rent VRBO's all over the country and this home is one of the most well-equipped we've stayed in. So much thought was put into this vacation home from beautiful décor to comfortable linens and extra blankets, and all of the cookware an appliances you'll need. This home is in a very convenient location to Granby Ranch and local stores and restaurants. It was great for our family that was looking to be reintroduced to skiing and Granby Ranch across the street and also enjoy the surrounding ski towns and all they had to offer. We hit the Sulfur Hot Springs, the tubing hills at Fraser and the Winter Park town village as well. Thank you for a fun and relaxing stay...we needed it!

The property is new, clean, spacious, well designed and well appointed. The kitchen is well equipped and a joy to cook in. The balcony is huge and the view is beautiful.

We stayed for 5 days. Everything we needed was there and it was super clean. It was spacious than what looks like in the picture. The grocery was 2 min drive and also within walking distance, which is always a plus point. it was such an amazing stay.
