The room and facilities were beautiful. Spacious rooms with nice decor. Service was excellent and great location to the heart of town (cafes, sightseeing, restaurants).

Neighbouring property has 2 barking dogs which constantly yapped especially on approach and leaving the apartment. The designated car park was also right next to them which made it difficult to not set them off. Apartment also backs onto a pub which live music stops at 11pm without issue.

Absolutely everything. Amazing accommodation, great facilities, close to everything and the Shamrock Hotel is a hop, skip and a jump away !! The hosts..( Bob and Gwen), were there to greet us. The apartment itself was immaculately clean and comfortable. Will certainly stay here again.

The only negative thing was on check out day - the cleaners were hurrying us out the door from 9am when checkout wasn’t until 10am. We were busy packing car and getting kids organized and the were hanging around the entrance - but telling us not to hurry at the same time, was a little uncomfortable

We were told keys would be in lockbox. They sent a late message..saying they were under the mat! We did not get the late message and it caused a lot of confusion them not being where they should have been.

A method of cooking eggs should be added so making breakfasts would be easier

do not stay here on weekends For the price of this accommodation, the proximity to the pub should be disclosed before you book. while it was clean and close to the old town, the shamrock hotel is literally on the other side of the alleyway. on Fridays and Saturdays, bands play. LOUD. All the niceties are pointless when you have to leave the room for the evening until midnight just to get some peace. Then there are the pub patrons who use the alleyway as a bathroom, smoking room or a place to mingle well past the music stopping.

not only was there the noise issue mentioned above, but on the morning of our check out (Sunday morning, after a night filled with music and loud drunk people), the owner was waiting in front of the room from 8am despite check out being at 10! Multiple times, she came through the private courtyard entrance to look in through the window to see if she could enter. she even started cleaning before we’d gotten the last of our bags in the car. these operators do not deserve your business.

There was nothing not to like. Location was great & amenities sensational. The apartment was modern, comfortable & had all you need, plus big windows for lovely natural light and beautiful outlooks; we had courtyard, communal lawn space & pool views. Security was great too & lock up garage for car was a great bonus. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment was really clean, comfortable and had very nice furnishings and finishing. The host, Bob, was really helpful, friendly and easily contacted.

There was nothing that we didn't like. We were incredibly happy with our stay. The only thing that could have made our stay better was if it was a 3 bedroom instead of 2, but this is hardly a complaint. It was perfect for us and felt incredibly secure as well. Also had great heating.

Though no breakfast provided (aware before hand), the location is perfect for the main strip of shops pubs cafe and paddlesteamer port. Also pleased I didnt have to drive too much.

Nothing - maybe go back in summertime to enjoy outdoor area of the accommodation -very appealing had pool and BBQ area.
