We had a wedding in Ketchum and this was easy access to town, biking and had easy in and out parking for us driving in from out of town. Clean and well appointed. Would stay again.

The entire experience was perfect from scheduling to check out. Great location. Clean. Accommodating and a great host who is easy to communicate quickly. Highly recommend to viewers.

The location was excellent (close to downtown Ketchum and to the River Run base area at Sun Valley). The condo was clean and comfortable. A map of the condo properties would have been helpful. Is there a path to walk to a ski area shuttle stop without walking on the highway/Main Street? The online information for the condo says there is a shared hot tub. We decided not to wander around the condo development in hopes of finding it. Minor but important changes or additions to the upstairs bathroom are needed. The toilet paper holder was mounted upside down and was loose so that the roll of toilet paper slid off into the waste basket. Thus, it was unusable. There was only one hook for a towel, robe, or whatever. It was located out of reach of the tub/shower. There was no place to hang additional towels (hand or bath) in the upstairs bathroom. There are places on the walls where towel bars, rings, or hooks could be placed. They should be added. The Nespresso machine was nice. Unfortunately, there were only two Nespresso coffee pods in the condo and Nespresso only sells the pods online, thus we could not purchase more during our stay.

Great stay. The place is very cute and comfortable. It was so nice having two bathrooms. Very comfortable beds. A short walk into town. Everything was super easy. Would definitely stay there again!

Very clean and easy access to central Ketchum

We had a nice stay but in the middle of summer (and a heatwave) not having AC was an issue, especially considering there was only 1 small fan provided for the entire townhouse. Ceiling fans or at least box fans for each room would be a big improvement.

Michael was great to work with and this spot was super accessible to downtown and the trails.

Walk to everything! Fabulous deck to hang out on - modern amenities and great beds!

All we needed. Ac or more fans would of been nice. Missing screens in windows so was hot.

Stayed here with my wife and teenage kids. Check in and out was easy, the place was very clean and as advertised. You can hear the creek when you open the patio/balcony, which is a nice bonus.

This home is very convenient if you are skiing at Bald Mountain. It is also very close to town. It had all that we needed for our family of three ski vacation. Communication from the owner was excellent.

And the kitchen sink hadn’t been cleaned and smelled very bad. Thankfully when the property owner was made aware of the dirty sheets, clean ones and we’re dropped off later that day.

We found this clean and well located condo to be a great spot from which to explore the area Having parking right out front, a nicely equipped kitchen (with Nespresso and pods!) and good wifi was a real plus.

Overall a great place. Property managers reached out to me multiple times to make sure my stay was good which was nice. Everything in the kitchen worked and there were plenty of supplies. A really great place for the money!

Michael’s condo is a great property for a visit to Sun Valley. The property has recently been remodeled and it is tastefully decorated and was well stocked with everything needed. Check in and pre-trip communication with Michael was terrific. Condo is in a great location close to downtown shopping and within walking distance. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
