This is second time we have stayed here. It is located convenient to family for Christmas celebrations. There are a few maintenance issues - sticky doors and an ongoing issue with the double bed in the second room. It totally collapsed the second night of our stay. My husband repaired it but it is an inferior quality bed. The air conditioner in the lounge area is excellent but without fans in the bedrooms it can quite warm at night. We brought our own fans with us.Overall the location is great, the house had everything we needed and we had a wonderful stay.

It was at a great location, we needed a place we could feel relax in. Our stay was lovely. Just before Xmas my Mum passed away and we needed to clean out her home in Murray st, so your place was just perfect for all of us to stay at. I have left a few extra tea towels as a thank you. We used your tea towels at first then I washed all the tea towels and left you some extra. Mum loved collecting them and we had so many that I gave you some. I hope we left the place as we found. Thanks again for the use of the house.

We have family in Harrington so used this home for our Christmas stay. It was in a great location with amazing views. We saw the best ever Harrington sunset from the balcony on Christmas Eve. Our stay was lovely and relaxing with the house catering well for our extended family. There were a few things needing attention and fans would be great in the bedrooms but overall the furnishings were on good quality and our stay was most enjoyable.

This property is in perfect position, easy access to Breakwall, shops pubs etc.
Very spacious property.
However we were very disappointed we could not use main bedroom or ensuite due to leaking shower recess, which extended out to carpet in bedroom & had gone moldy, wasn’t helped by a very wet week.
We were impressed with property managers response time to our complaints, although none of our issues could be resolved throughout our stay. We were offered a reduction in the cost of our stay, which was very much appreciated.
Hopefully this has now been resolved.

Beachview Cottage was just what we wanted. We were 3 adult couples and found it to be the perfect position and perfect house for us. The only slight issue was the water damaged carpet in the main bedroom that did smell a little. Also, there was no water from the hot tap of the vanity in the main bathroom (but we managed without it)

We have stayed at this property before but there have been some issues this time. The towel rack was off in the ensuite bathroom and we tried to put back on but it had been put on before with duct tape. The carpet between the ensuite and bedroom was wet and had a musty smell all the time. The bed in the first bedroom when you walk in had slats on the bed that were duct taped and as soon as you lay on the bed they broke. Definitely need fans in the bedrooms as the rooms are very stuffy at night. Main bedroom bed is very uncomfortable as the mattress falls down either side.
The accommodation centre was very difficult to get anyone to call or email back when I had a query. They never answer their phones. I had to keep chasing them for information. They didn't seem to know what they were doing. Very Unprofessional.
