Overall the facilities were clean, comfortable and welcoming. The house was spacious and we had everything we needed.

A few spots around the house that missed a clean, ie dead flys on windows, owners dog bowls left out, but nothing major and it definitely did not effect our stay what so ever. The property is stunning and we would come again. Also the septic tank ( I think) is close to the house and seating area outside, it was rather smelly on the breeze with the sunny afternoon we had.

The property was the perfect size and layout for our weekend and group. The grounds were lovely and the interior of the home was gorgeous. We noticed the little things, like beautiful linen and towels and a well stocked kitchen and it’s only a 20 minute walk from the Berry village

if I was being picky I’d say that the heated pool wasn’t that heated

It’s a spacious and a well designed house with a lovely garden.

Sadly, very disappointing. We travelled to Berry as a family for a very special family celebration and were super exited to stay at the Kevalier Park, which I have been eyeing for a while. However, the property was not as advertised. Things didn’t get off to an auspicious start when we arrived, and the downstairs toilet was locked, this was a significant problem for our less mobile family members. I had to call the managing agency multiple times to ask for someone to fix it. I was assured that someone would call right back, which failed to happen each time, I had to call back myself. Eventually, after prolonged negotiations and explanations, someone was  sent out to unlock the toilet at last. However, another problem had arisen: the bedroom configuration / floor plan on the website was not what was actually consistent to what was within the house. This resulted in major inconveniences, where a married couple needed to sleep on separate single beds downstairs, and my teenage children had to share a double bed upstairs (as the couple needed to sleep downstairs to be close to their babies). The way we were dealt with when flagging this and asking for it to be rectified or adjusted was quite frankly appalling. The agency initially resisted to acknowledge that there was a problem with bedding configuration,  and we had to explain over numerous lengthy conversations with at least two of the staff members that the website was in fact misleading, and would absolutely constitute false advertising. When this was begrudgingly accepted, no solution was provided. The maintenance person who came out to finally open the bathroom door was asked to help with the bedding configuration by my daughter and sister in law, who both spoke to him together. His manner was extremely rude and unhelpful, it was not something he wanted to deal with and he wasn’t prepared to make any changes.
