Beautiful home in the ideal spot of Newport Beach.

Beautiful home, great location. Joey is a the best property manager I have ever dealt with. We had a small plumbing problem and he was there with the plumbers right away. He also brought flowers and a bottle of wine to make up for the inconvenience. The only complaint is no air conditioning. At night it can be a little uncomfortable. They did provide fans but I would rather have AC. I will stay at this property again.

Were do I begin. This was our second stay at this beautiful home. It was even better than last year, and I did not think it could be topped. So so relaxing sitting along the beach and chilling, we will be staying again! It is perfectly located to the beach and the local shops, restaurants, and the supermarket. (All walking distance) The surfers in the family could rent equipment by day or week which they loved. Joey and Nick are incredible – They are so responsive; they genuinely care about you and the home; you can tell based on the care they take. If you want a vacation that can meet the needs of your whole family and most importantly give you an environment of comfort and relaxation this is the place!!!

The house is well appointed, clean and in a great location right on the sand. We will stay here again!

We enjoyed our beach house stay. There’s no need to cook restaurants are steps away. Beautiful beach and very helpful host. We did have trouble parking on the street because there is only one spot available in garage. The beach can be noisy late at night especially on the weekends.

This was a great home for our family trip. The location is right on the beach and a very short walk to the shops and restaurants. The house was clean, well stocked with beach essentials, and the living room had a sliding door wall that opened up to the beautiful beach views. Only knock on the house was no AC but if you keep the windows open, the beach breeze kept the house cool, especially at night. Definitely a five star stay!

The house had plenty of rooms to sleep 8 people. It was nice having 4 full bathrooms. Location is amazing. Property manager was easy to communicate with. We had no issues at the house and would definitely stay there again!

Our stay was an absolute 10/10! The property right on the beach along with all the amenities exceeded our expectations. It’s located about a 5 minute walk from a ton of restaurants and a 1 minute drive to the closest grocery store which was extremely convenient. The host was also very kind, helpful, and quick to respond. If you’re looking for a beach stay, this is the place to stay!

From the Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen to the variety and number of high end amenities located throughout the property, we were amazed at how well stocked this gorgeous beachfront home was. The location is breathtaking, and only feet from the sand. We even enjoyed the fireplace during the rain on two of the days we were there. Our host "Joey" was absolutely amazing and responded literally within minutes of being contacted. We hope to come back and stay at this wonderful home again.

This was by far, the best stocked house we’ve stayed in! It is exactly what you would expect from a perfect beach house! Their hospitality is over the top! Will stay again!

The location is perfect house is great with everyone having their own bathroom was a super plus it was one of the best you will find there on the boardwalk and our host Joey was by far the best ..

This house ticked all the boxes for us. It was on the sand with beautiful ocean views, the master suite was big and there was plenty of room for our kids. The owner was responsive with all issues and the place was in great condition.

The views were incredible, the house was perfect each bedroom had its own bathroom which was great for each couple. We sat outside and inside with the doors open and had a great breeze every day. The living room is set up perfectly to socialize. Many restaurants and a supermarket all in walking distance. Joey was very responsive to anything we needed including finding a shop to rent electric bikes for my family. The washer and dryer came in handy for the beach towels which were used daily. The outside shower (hot & cold water) was great for rinsing off the sand and was put to good use by the surfers in the family. We will stay again – so relaxing!!!!

The next door neighbor teaches surfing...so I learned how to surf. That was the icing on the cake. Great location and owner. We will be back! Rick n Michelle

Our family all stayed at this beach house. It was super clean and accommodated three families. Lots of room for everyone and the primary was amazing with ocean views. The location was perfect for everyone - close to the pier, restaurants, and of course the beach. Literally, the house was on the beach and the waves were perfect for our kids. The garage was very helpful and it included bikes and boogie boards if needed. There were two washer and dryers, which was helpful with kids, and an outdoor shower to rinse off sand before going into the house. Everything you needed was included in the house. Our family loved this house and would highly recommend it!

It was an amazing stay. The property was prefect in every way.

We had a great time. It’s on the sand and lots to do in walking distance. There were some bumps in the road but the owner was very responsive. Downfall- living area and deck are tiny! No room to visit and hang out. The deck is small. Parking is terrible.

This home was perfect for our family. We absolutely loved the location. Easy walk to get a coffee in the morning, or to dinner at night. Property manager met us upon arrival and answered any questions we had. We couldn't have been happier with this home. We will definitely be back!

This house was literally the example of rental perfection. The location was ideal for all ages and interests in our group: The kids were literally biking the boardwalk each day, Adults could access the beach and waters edge with ease, not a laborious hike to the ocean as it is with different locations, Socializing was made easy with the open floor plan and sliding doors on the main floor, and yet also some recluse was found on the quiet deck of the upper level master. The fireplaces on both levels were easy to use and much appreciated in the morning and evening hours. The kitchen was fully stocked when we cooked, but it wasn't necessary with the amazing proximity to the pier. We found casual dining, morning coffee, naughty donuts, ice cream and a pool hall with casual beers and rock and roll all within an easy walk each day! And when we chose to "dine" out, not "eat" out, we found both NOBU and ARC also within a short distance of the home. Parking was not as difficult as we had originally feared. The garage was clean and available, but our large truck naturally did not fit. However, no problem! Plenty of street parking! Beach toys and bikes and chairs all made available to us, and available to rent just down the block if you need extra! Plenty, PLENTY of clean well appointed bathrooms..one for each bedroom and then an extra for daytime guests. And finally, truly, one of the most comfortable sleep experiences I have ever enjoyed. Those sheets were divine and the mattress so perfectly welcoming as we listened to the ocean and the cool breezes each night. We will definitely return! Thank you
