Excellent location with easy access to great restaurants. Comfortable accommodations with everything we wanted or needed.

The condo was very clean, larger than expected, and well equipped. The patio with view of the ocean was the perfect place to sit with coffee in the morning. Beach access was easy, communication was great. We would definitely stay again.

Great location in IOP. Pet friendly unit and dogs are allowed on the beach. Management was very responsive. Google initially took us to 202 Ocean Ave because the email confirmation had the unit # listed before the address. Quick response from management team to get us to the right place!

Myself, parents ,son, and sister all stayed here for a long weekend and were very pleased with the condo. Perfect location, access to shops, a few steps from the beach, and incredible view from the patio. The condo was very modern, spacious, and great for our family gathering. Will definitely plan a stay again next year !

Fantastic stay! Had everyone from elderly to infant in our party and the condo was just perfect. Clean, well stocked, and so beautiful. Ease of access/parking/communication with condo management was excellent. Four stars due to pool being filthy (trash, sand and super cloudy). We were told the property cleans/vacuums the pool daily, but it wasn’t done until I continued to reach out multiple times (condo management had to reach out to building managers). Unfortunately, we we’re unable to use the pool since it wasn’t cleaned until the last day of our visit, so that was unexpected for the price of the condo.

Good location. A bit noisy if people above you. Nicely furnished w/ well appointed kitchen. Keeping thermostat at 72 degrees makes it feel a bit "sticky/humid" especially when sleeping (temps were in the upper 70's during our stay). Can walk to a few restaurants, souvenir shops, ice cream. Very crowded/busy/noisy area during the day but if you spend all day on the beach you won't care about that. Grocery store nearby. Elevator is especially helpful for check-in/out. Easy beach access. Nice balcony for relaxing in the evening or morning coffee. Pool was dirty. Easy beach access. No place is perfect, but this is a good place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect and the view is beautiful! This is our second time staying at one of Sharon’s properties. Great communication and very easy check in process. Highly recommend!

We wanted to stay here forever! Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need on vacation. We loved being here!

We’ve made 100+ beach trips and this condo experience is the best yet. We wanted for nothing, and needs we didn’t even know we had were covered. Beautiful, clean, spacious, and private while being able to walk to coffee, breakfast, beachside bites, fine dining, live music, and cocktails.

We have visited twice a year for three years. This is the first unit that lived up to the .on line hype. It met all our expectations. Nicely updated and well equipped. Most important it was immaculate. So this is one of the six that I would return to.

This condo is accommodating and well-appointed. The beds are comfortable. The best part is the view and the location.

We enjoyed our stay in your property. Everybody was wonderful except the noise from the 3rd floor.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at the IOP.!! This rental has all you will need to make for an enjoyable vacation. Kitchen was fully stocked, beach chairs available and prompt replies to any questions. This is our 2nd time to stay at this property location- different unit previously but same property with beautiful renovations Perfect location ! And pet friendly which we greatly appreciate !

Our family really enjoyed this condo. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. Short walking distance to several restaurants. The gas grill on the property was a nice surprise. We would definitely consider returning.

We enjoyed ourselves very much, thank you. We had a couple cancel last minute, filled the void with family and grandkids.

Loud noise above us til 1:00AM for 3 nights. 4th night was WORSE! Husband knocked on door n 3 teens answered, NO ADULTS! Management was contacted several times to help and DID NOT!!!

I am not one to usually do reviews but I needed to express how amazing our trip was at this property. From the booking to the checkout, it was awesome. The condo was perfect in every way. It had awesome views and was so very comfortable, clean and welcoming. I would go to reach for something and it was there. They have ALL the creature comforts you would want to make it feel like it was designed for you! Me and my family smiled the while time we were there and actually talked about what would go on a con list...and we came up with nothing! We do vacations 2 times a year and this was one of our favorite places to stay so far. Again, the details in having the kitchen stocked with all you need to prepare meals to the touches of night lights, decor and cozy bedding, made my family feel right at home. You will not be disappointed in this place and I know when we left, our hearts and souls were fully rested. It felt the way a vaca is supposed to feel.
