We loved our stay at this house. It had everything we needed and more! The location was a close drive to the beach and within walking distance of pizza and ice cream!

Loved our time staying at this property. Very well maintained, updated, and extremely clean. The neighborhood is nice, quiet, and in a great location for the beaches, golf, restaurants, shopping and biking. The kitchen was so nice and well equipped. We really enjoyed the outside pool area and lanai. It is so relaxing and private. Eileen (prop. manager) was professional and friendly. She met us at the property to show us around and answer any questions. We would love to stay here again! Thank you Andy and Marzenna for sharing your beautiful home.

This beautiful updated house had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. Nice furnishings, gorgeous, fully equipped kitchen, beach supplies, bikes, big screened outdoor lanai with plenty of seating for relaxing, dining, and a heated pool. They didn't skip a thing in regard to starter supplies, they covered it all, which was very thoughtful and accomodating. A coffee and tea station better than a nice hotel. The house is tucked in a neighborhood off Vanderbilt Rd, where the sidewalk goes for miles, great for daily walking and biking. Eileen the property Mgr was very nice and helpful. We would stay here again.

We have been coming to this area for many years, totally love Southwest FL. This house is beautifully done, very comfortable, and welcoming. And its proximity to so many different choices is excellent. There is a bit of a noise factor being directly behind some businesses and so close to main road. But, we totally enjoyed our stay, and Andy could not have been more accommodating. It's definitely a gem, and worth checking out !! Enjoy !!

We had an amazing time, the house was so clean and nice. The pool was fantastic. There were little touches throughout the home that made our stay even better. Communication with the owner was also great. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to come again.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool area was beautiful and had many toys to play with. Really all you needed to Brin g was your clothes, everything else was ready for you. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly.

This property is WONDERFUL!! We stayed here for 10 days and had such a great time. The house is perfect - very clean and well-stocked. The pool area is beautiful! It is exceptionally private despite there being homes and businesses close by because the pool area is almost completely shielded from view. My family and I spent hours in the pool! The location was convenient for everything we wanted to do. There were beautiful beaches, wonderful activities, and great restaurants. And when we weren't busy doing those things, the home itself was a relaxing place to rest, play games, get meals, and watch some TV. We have very fond memories of our time here and would definitely stay again. Book it! You won't regret it!!

This is a beautifully renovated property. Very well done. Great pool and Lanai. The property was very well stock and very comfortable for our week stay and we would happily return in the future!

From start to finish, our experience was amazing. Andy, the owner, was great at communicating. The property was BEAUTIFUL and so well laid out with great amenities. It was perfect for our family of 4 (kids ages were 11 and 12). The proximity to restaurants and beaches was great. The property manager was so nice too. The pool and lanai were our favorite place to hang out with plenty of room for everybody. The extra touches like having nice big beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and various size coolers made our trips to the beach much easier since we couldn’t/didn’t bring those things with us. I would definitely recommend this property!

This was my second time staying at this property, and it was just as nice as the first time. The location is perfect and every detail is taken care of. We enjoyed meeting the neighbors and their corgis. Hope to visit again soon.

We loved this property. We holiday in Naples every year and have stayed in some lovely homes but this one is now our favourite. It is modern, clean, spacious and has every amenity we required. We particularly enjoyed the large outdoor area with the gorgeous pool, hot tub and relaxing seating areas. The photos online don’t do this justice and we will definitely be returning here. We miss it already!

I don't typically write reviews, and we have rented a lot! We've been coming to the area for 30+yrs, so are very familiar with the area. This was a great rental! The pictures don't do it justice at all. The house has gone through a complete renovation and looks and feels like a brand new home. I will say, that there is some road noise when sitting outside, but that's also a positive. You are 1 block off of Bonita Beach Rd, and have very easy access to everything SW Florida has to offer! Super easy access to many different beaches, shopping is close, and tons of eating choices within minutes. The patio doors and windows are amazing, so once it's time to close up for the night, you won't hear a single thing outside. We keep a small storage unit in Florida with our personal items and things we have been missing frequently in rental homes, we hardly used any of those items this trip. I can't think of a single thing this house was missing. Thank you for the great 10 day stay! Hope to be back soon!

This was a really great rental! Clean, comfortable, good location to local beaches, and relaxed beautiful area of Florida. We really loved the full kitchen and cooking and pool and patio! Wonderful place would stay again!

The owner and the property manager were great to communicate with! The house was spotless and stocked with everything you could ever need! We loved having the pool and hot tub to come back to after being on the beach all day. Barefoot beach is about a 5 minute drive and also within walking distance is other restaurants and ice cream shops. We truly loved our stay and look forward to coming back in the future!

Honestly was a great house! Beautifully done. The house was amazing and in the middle of everything. Publix is just around down the road. The house had every accommodation we could possibly need. It was a great getaway so thank you!

Stop searching and BOOK THIS RENTAL! It is within 1-3 miles of absolutely perfect beaches! It is loaded with everything you need for your stay. The pool is amazing. The entire house is flawless. We’ve stayed in quite a few rentals on various sites, and this one really takes the cake. Definitely our favorite so far! The area is perfection as well. The owner is a great communicator, too! 5 dazzling gold stars from our very happy family!

Stayed a week at this property. We had a great time. The location is very convenient to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The house was very clean and recently updated. There were beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler in the garage. We will definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time in Bonita Beach. This house was very clean, very spacious and absolutely beautiful. The beach was within a 5 minutes ride and we were able to walk to the stores and ice cream place. While booking, I was a bit concern about the pizzeria right behind the house, but it was actually never noisy and quite convenient for ordering pizza. Communication was great and even the neighbors were super friendly the few times we saw them.

The owners have thought of everything you will need for your vacation and more! Extremely clean and well kept, great remodel. The outdoor space is an oasis perfect for a family or couple. Great location within walking distance of several restaurants.We can’t wait to return!!!
